You’re right, but again, this was when the game had a problem with currencies outside the crafting ecosystem. In fact, We used to have these things called planetary mats, with a bunch of different varieties that each had their own stack in your inventory, and they were all used to buy THE SAME GODDAMN THING. And players often didn’t even get them from their respective destinations, because it was that much easier to set up a keyboard macro and spam-buy them from some dickhead in the tangled shore.

I say all this to point out how fucked materials and currencies were before crafting, yet planetary mats wasn’t even fully removed until multiple seasons after crafting came out

Excuse me and my low kd opinion, but what if, in order to keep your flair, you had to abide by the sub’s rules and mission statement? IE: “playing the game we have” and not just outright bitching about the meta. Just a thought since the sub has had to “re-focus” once or twice, and even the sub’s predecessor shut down due to constantly devolving back to “REEEEE, gun bad, pls nerf/buff”.

I don’t know the mutation modifiers off the top of my head but you’re describing some components that i was thinking of. The end result of clown cars that week was more death circles.

The gear that "you insist is good, but don't want" isn't any different than the gear other people are trying to sell....and the other people weren't stupid enough to equip them. And even though the market for Bis gear is already ass, you think there's money to be made by removing BoE.

Is that simple enough for you, or do we have to get the crayons out?
