I mean this in the most sincere way possibly, but arent tweens/teenagers the exact people that should know and learn about pedophiles, so they can better avoid them? Is there something else about how the show is handled that makes it unsuitable for under 16? Like implying the pedophilia is something they should just let happen to them or something?

TransguyJayJay

Don't care about Mac Miller one way or the other but downvote for aggressively assuming I care and getting offended about it lol

TransguyJayJay

Good lord I've had this thought for years at this point and I always try to explain it with varying degrees of success, but this is the most eloquently I've ever seen it put. Stealing this, thank you lol.

TransguyJayJay

I'm in that situation currently, recovered eating disorder so I don't really feel hunger cues, moved to a new city where I was WAY more active compared to before and started losing weight worryingly rapidly, and I wasn't even trying to restrict.

I got a cheapish pressure cooker/air fryer/rice maker so I can finally start making things at home, and asked my friends for advice on easy meals, kinda like OP is doing. Seems to be getting better now lol

TransguyJayJay

Yeah, tbh if I had to guess, I'd probably say that OP is mad all the time because they feel beholden to solely the wills of others instead of themself, which they (more or less rightfully) feel is extremely unfair but doesn't have the knowledge/tools to do anything but that. So then that helplessness leeches into their interactions with people making them more negative, OP feels worse, that reflects in their interactions with other people, cache-22 over and over and over again.

But I'm not a therapist, that's just kinda what I'd assume based on what they've said and my own experience. I just know that I'm one of the calmest and most level-headed people I know, and that's only because I'm actually angry all the fucking time and learned how to manage that throughout my life by psychoanalyzing the everloving fuck out of myself.

TransguyJayJay

Hey bro, the way I did that was I identified the source of the problem, and then I address it by taking action about it.

So if someone makes me angry because they're talking to me? Well am I tired or am I hungry or do I not like them or was our last interaction just bad and I'm still annoyed about that or is it something else?

Then once I identify what that problem is, let's say it's that I'm hungry, then I either get out my snack that I always bring with me for exactly this reason, because I know myself, or I decide to end the conversation and go get food bc I know I'll be miserable otherwise, or else I just decide I'm gonna push the fuck through. And if I keep that thought as a constant and conciously in my mind, then it helps me get through whatever interaction because it's MY choice to talk with them now, and I know that I need to compensate for my own hunger, which is the real issue, not them.

And then I congratulate myself on a job well done with healthy coping mechanisms.

Basically, understand yourself and be nice to yourself. Consider cognitive behavioral therapy to achieve this, it's literally the exact process I described to you, but it'll be more tailored to how your brain works instead of mine.

He cut the bottom of his foot on the floor of a pool I believe, he mentioned it at some point. Then it got infected, which is extremely common with foot wounds in general (I'm dealing with something similar and it's been months now, and I'm a healthy weight and non-diabetic). He's just having a hard time healing it, which is extremely common especially among diabetics, and people are so worried about him because...

Well, diabetes can do some absolutely horrible things to your legs (and the rest of your body too, obviously), even when treated properly and especially when not. I'll leave it at that because I don't want to cause any rumors or speculation.

TransguyJayJay

Idk I thought it was pretty funny, to each their own lol

TransguyJayJay

Huh. I'd never considered that animals masturbate. This is actually really cool.

TransguyJayJay

I think being a sex criminal on the registry is a much better indicator of being a sex criminal.

TransguyJayJay

"Republican makeup" is absolutely an actual thing, it's a social signalling technique that designates you as "part of/actively putting effort into being part of said group."

Now when people start saying that all Republicans do it, or that it inherently makes a person Republican if they do that style, or that it's ugly BECAUSE they're Republican, then that's where it gets into asshole and regressive territory. But "mar-a-lago" face and other social signalling is an incredibly common phenomenon across ALL groups no matter what theit politics are (literally if you've ever done anything to "fit in" or if you get "weird vibes" from someone or judged someone for what they look like, especially unconsciously, then you were taking part in social signalling. It's literally impossible not to partake in it), and not acknowledging that is just kinda... Naive. It completely shuts down the good conversations we can have about it being a part of their culture as a whole and what that means.

Man I wish people were able to be objective about politics instead of inherently reactionary and always overcorrecting.

I think to best explain this, you need to understand the kink itself.

There are two types of force-fem: one is where the feminization is a negative thing to be forced upon the user. The pleasure from this form is derived from the humiliation that is fundamentally assumed to come along with being forced to be feminine. This form of it is an extremely popular fetish among (usually, not always) cis men.

The second type is where the femininity is a positive and desired trait, and the pleasure of being forced into it stems from the desire to have that choice taken away from them, and by having those needs not only met automatically, but actively shoved onto you even if outwardly you insist you don't want it. Because internally, you do (which is actually the same stem for a lot of CNC-based kinks). This is extremely popular among (usually, not always) trans women.

Neither of these kinks are inherently wrong, but you can see from the first one that it inherently assumes femininity to be a punishment and lesser-than. This is completely fine if the person with the kink is able to keep it to consensual/kink-related encounters only. Famously, people in positions of power like that are extremely bad at doing that, so it's often (not always) a sign that if a man has that kink, he likely also has been at least exposed to the idea that femininity is inherently inferior, and most people would still hold those beliefs.

Now why don't you see force-masc? Because it can only really exist as a counterpart to the second form of the kink, and not the first form of it, because masculinity in our society is almost never viewed as inherently inferior. There are people who do force-masc because they view it masculinity as inferior, but they're usually doing that as a reaction to masculinity being always assumed to be superior. Mix that in with how women in our society are already expected to be more "submissive," which means that less women-- who would be the most likely ones to practice that form of the kink-- would practice that kink even if they do have it.

So you'll only really ever see the second form of it, and that form of the kink would be (and... Trust me, it is lmao) very common among trans men specifically and much less likely to be found in most other groups.

There are also statistically about half as many trans men as there are trans women (I subscribe to the idea that there are definitely more who don't realize it, but I'm not gonna go on a gender-based sociology rant rn lmao), which also again just means that there are less people likely to practice the force-masc kink in the first place.

Girls, get tf off grindr. Please for the love of God.

(Was also gonna say you're so pretty but then read the description, oops. Hopefully the sentiment is okay in comment form.)

TransguyJayJay

Well that IS the update, humunkus was frightened and simply frozen in sheer gosh-for-wunkin terror. The fascimiwunks added yet another to their unstoppable growing hoard.

TransguyJayJay

This is a cute interaction.

TransguyJayJay

As a person also with a permanent retainer, mine looks like that after like... A month or two?

You may wanna start brushing lighter, bro.

TransguyJayJay

Yeah, you can even see the air bubble behind his teeth if you look closely. And also this story and video is (apparently, according to other comments) from a 2021 news story, so before AI.

TransguyJayJay

Nah that dog would know exactly what it was doing if it did that lmao

"PLAY THE GAME PROPERLY HUMAN!! GET YOUR FACE DOWN OR WHY ARE WE EVEN HERE??"

TransguyJayJay

I'm pretty sure I've met people like this tbh

TransguyJayJay

Damn I missed this. Reading through the article, it's actually kinda insane how much he goes off on people who use his song for shit like that. Understandable though tbh, I would too.

TransguyJayJay

Genuinely yeah it is a bit of a problem. About 2/3 of the trans men I've met, probably more, have some sort of story(s) like this. Mine was a 17 year old that was ultimately just trying to get nudes/sex from me. At 14.

I also had another one, but he didn't realize it until after we broke up (we stayed friends) and he actually told me about it and apologized months afterwards. He said that he was only able to see me as a man once we stopped dating.

TransguyJayJay

I have and I do actually! I'm very lucky that my voice teacher has experience with transmascs voices, and I'm also helping her learn some new things with my voice every once in a while!

But I've actually almost bridged that gap now at almost three years now. It took my voice about two and a half years to mostly "settle" and since then I've been training relentlessly to try and get that middle part back, because I've been missing out on so many opportunities and I'm SO ready to be able to sing with my full range again

TransguyJayJay

Ftm. Testosterone HRT is for trans men, and estrogen HRT is for trans women (generally).

It's also in my username lmao

TransguyJayJay

Oh yeah, it's actually a bit of a meme in the disabled trans community, but it basically happens (mostly) because testosterone causes muscle growth, which then basically acts like more scaffolding for the joint itself. So anyone with connective tissue disorder stuff is likely to be helped by it to some degree. Same if they started putting on muscle without T too! Testosterone just really helps speed up that process.
