That is good and i am really proud, but reality is very different bro.

I am not saying everyone is same but the count of good people is less.

And you know what happens is this thing passes on with generation, your family is good when it comes to this and they have passed on this value to you and you will do the same.

But a lot of families are still on casteism and they are passing the same values to the next one and even the educated ones are not rising above casteism.

Its a very long way to go

Its easy to say - reservation hatao but we don’t even know how the lower caste are treated on daily basis.

You know how they get beaten up if they dare to use the horse carriage during their wedding.

You wouldn’t let them use same cup for tea.

I am all up for merit and all, but ask a general category brahmin, will they treat a lower caste equally and you will have your ans.

But yes i believe, if the first generation has availed reservation, uske baad you should be on merit.

Ps- i am a brahmin and i know how my relatives behaves, thank fully my father has some sense in him and he has risen above casteism.
