The more I build out my 3.5 application the more I see all the different rules floating around, from riding a mount bareback, to how much money a town or city usually has. There are tons of rules, just have to look. =)

Unions (and non-unions) should start requesting escrow for productions?

TrueHarlequin

#1 - None

TrueHarlequin

Neat but yikes...stuff in the shop is so expensive.

TrueHarlequin

This. And make sure you have coal and iron ready, and engineers built...build away =)

Pump those guts?

"Captain! The <insert enemy name> have taken control of our drone swarm and have set them to target us. Shields down to 22%."

TrueHarlequin

Still love the Civ I soundtrack...

Not what I'm saying. I'm saying that I don't want to hear people say "Let's tax people who have over $50M of stuff", and everyone cheers....then nothing happens. Because there is no mechanism in place.

I just want actions not words. That Green video was nice. Visuals to get ones attention, but HOW will they do it.

Actions, not words.

I want to see a writeup on how it will be done.

TrueHarlequin

Correct...but wealthy hide shit.

They fly around in a helicopter purchased by a shell corporation in the Caymans that is owned by a shell company in Panama that is owned by a shell company in Bahrain.

Who is going to hunt around for all the $$$ for these millionaires they want to tax? I agree with the need to tax, I'm just saying it's words there saying with no backing on how it will be done.

I mean, if he stayed in power, our next election would have been around the next presidential election.

TrueHarlequin

I mean, with physics you could throw a pencil at the earth at 1c and split it in two.

TrueHarlequin

Fix the loopholes first. This "tax millionaires with a $50M chequing account" isn't realistic. Work with the feds to pass laws, Hell the province(s) can start passing laws to close loopholes the wealthy use to not pay taxes.

Starship Troopers

Crowd was having a blast.

When Dizzy comes out from under the covers and Rasczak says "Make it 20" the whole theater erupted in cheers.

TrueHarlequin

The base 3.5 DMG does too. Table 5–2: Random Town Generation. Has all you need in there.

TrueHarlequin

Great movie.

Stupid sex scene (was no point to it).

TrueHarlequin

Turn it into 8 million platinum pieces. Easier to carry.

But in come seriousness, look up community sizes, and you can see that larger cities have some "gold value" field (I forget the name), and how much gold is usually in tiny towns to a Waterdeep. They have banks, and castles to buy.

TrueHarlequin

Assets....where? Multi-millionaires know how to hide their money. Hundreds of billions of Canadian dollars are hidden by the wealthy.

The Sousa Band

"Between 1900 and 1910, The Sousa Band completed major international tours, including multiple triumphant trips across Europe and a high-profile performance at the 1900 Paris Exposition."

Massey Tunnel doesn't even have it's Environmental Assessment Certificate yet.

At the very least maybe a few bullet points. Then your improv and roleplaying fills in the rest.

We'd end up with 6 wagons stuck in an intersection.

Doppelganger for sure...
