I'm gonna be real with you here. I wish you luck in finding someone, but trying to find a student (and it would probably be *a* student, not multiple splitting it, since this is a studio) who can afford to shell out $2200/month in rent is going to be really difficult.

I personally did some programming in a research internship and got an offer for a Tech Solutions Engineer at Epic Systems. I ended up picking grad school instead. Do note that this took a solid 5 months of job searching to land.
