i have no idea why they put the male characters banners before void hunters, i have no clue of their inner work on how to determine who goes on banners but even the women characters that they are releasing are not performing well in terms of revenue
claret, sigrid are some of the lowest revenue banners in jp and roxy is the lowest right now.. so its not really a case of "we gotta sell more women" and more "our players only spend their money on void hunters patches or when there is a spending event going on"

since you're already at 92% crit rate, getting her sig would be a nice QOL change for her and a nice little crit dmg buff to the team (i say as a m0w1 dialyn owner)
BUT, if i were to change my plans, it would be that i wouldve gotten her m1 instead of sig as im pretty sure her m1 gives a better buff than sig

so it really is a matter of you choosing quality of life (as in finally getting that 100% crit rate and a nice energy regen per second) or an actual meaningful buff (all attribute res shred is a pretty good buff + the amount of positive reviews gained per EX increases as well)
imo, go for her m1

well yes, that run is taking advantage of you gaining ult when the boss gets its weakness bar broken
normally in moc or pf, its gonna take a bit to get her ult without remembrance characters and the E2 is a good buff for that
