I get your pain, but think the T300's 41mm diameter is perfectly wearable for a sporty watch. Due to the dial diameter, it would probably not look very different than your NB1060.

Another option in the Casio range, but far under your budget, would be the gshock GST-B600. 41mm too, but the effective lug-to-lug is very short due to the lug design, and the small dial diameter makes it look much smaller.

You could buy "Seiko" parts, more specifically a MM200 case, dial and hands with a NH34 movement to achieve a similar look. It will be thicker and heavier, however.

If you don't feel like assembling the watch yourself, mod stores will do the assembly for a fee. Alternatively, you can ask the Rmalti store if they can do it for you.
