Chief Engineer is usually pretty far down the chain of succession, since in a crisis their place would be in the engine room holding the ship together. Helm and tactical tend to be pretty close since they're already bridge officers.
In fact, this post is only partly accurate. Kim would likely take command before B'Elanna would, for exactly that reason. She wasn't the one playing clarinet in the Captain's chair during Delta shift.

Crazy to graduate near the top of your class from SFA, get assigned to be a department head right out of school, and then a convicted criminal/terrorist gets promoted over you. Chakotay makes sense, she needed to make peace with the Maquis crew, but they didn't claim Paris. In fact, Chakotay openly disliked Paris (for awhile).

Finally, romanceable Gek!

They really should wipe anyone who reserved before it goes live. But I think this is only a concern for celebrities in the community. I have no worry someone’s gonna take the name I have for my character.

The PS5 is 6 years old. In 2020 this was legitimate. It’s very outdated, though.

PE acquisition is like if you were to take out a loan to buy a new Mercedes, then took it to a chop shop and stripped it of all of its valuable parts to sell, and then somehow the husk of a Mercedes was suddenly responsible for the loan.
Your company is the car. You’re the hub caps. Either your boss knows something or they’re just smart and see the writing on the wall. Polish that resume and get looking while you still have a paycheck coming in.

Yeah, this is why I just bought an MMO mouse with 12 side buttons that I had to mash all of while tanking on my warrior and dpsing on my mage through dungeons last night (while using ALT with some of them for my second bar).
You’re just blatantly wrong. Or you’re playing all 13 of those classes horribly wrong.

Really, the magic died with cross-realm for me. And I don’t think WoWF will bring that magic back, since they’re going mega server with ridiculously aggressive sharding.
The game itself has always been a repetitive grindy experience, with the occasional cool thing happening. But what made it magic was the community. All of their advances in server tech has killed that.

That's not genocide. That's "you nuked my city so I'm gonna nuke your city." There are orcs outside of Orgrimmar.

Probably Trump: “my doctor has warned me my cognitive test might be embarrassing… for YOU LIBTARDS!! Because I aced it! My doctor says I got the highest score, possibly, that anyone’s ever got! Certainly the highest he’s seen!”

Yup, my wife has a pile of shit to return to Staples every weekend. She’s constantly buying clothes and such and finding out they don’t fit right or something. The main reason we use Amazon is because of their easy and free returns. If that ever changed, we’d happily go back to physical shopping.

Each time I’ve been laid off has been an impromptu meeting from a boss first thing in the morning with no agenda. Usually HR isn’t listed, but they’ll be there.
You don’t get an official warning ahead of time. But there are signs. That’s what OP was asking.

I understand that. But the A is right there representing the TOS movies separately.

In that case the E was in 3/4 of TNG movies.

The online “learning” did irreparable damage to my son’s education. His grades went into the toilet because none of the teachers would align on where the work would be, and it derailed him from being an A/B student to barely a C student. Did my best to support but I can’t really sit with him all day and take his classes for him.
This has lead to problems today where he did horribly in college and dropped out. I have no doubt that had the pandemic not happened, I’d he planning his college graduation this spring.

As an aside, it’s always frustrated me that most idiots will only ever respond to the last thing you said or the last action item.

Seems to me 90% of what’s wrong with WoWF is tied to their realmless/sharding tech, which is rough because it’s clearly the “big thing” they are pushing with this.
Tyrilean
Yup, if I do an impromptu meeting with one of my people and I can’t share an agenda ahead of time, I slack them and let them know it’s nothing bad.
Downside is that when something like this comes, they won’t get the slack message and they’ll know.
Tyrilean
Could still be a layoff. No way to know but to go to the meeting. My last layoff was with HR and my boss two levels up, because my boss and her boss were also laid off and they at least had the kindness not to make them conduct layoffs before they themselves were.

I sure hope he doesn't throw a clot or have a stroke or anything.

That’s kind of the issue with our government. The only branch that has the ability to take action is the executive. Congress can pass laws, judges can make rulings, but if the Executive refuses to enforce it doesn’t matter.
Basically, all of the government workers with guns work for the president. We’ve operated on trust for the last two and a half centuries, basically.

I meant to say eye tracking. My bad.
Tyrilean
Just to add, I’d avoid DIY face eye tracking. You can basically blind yourself if you aren’t using the exact correct infrared LEDs.
Edit: meant eye tracking.

You need a job. Always take risks from a base of relative safety. You don’t have a job, so you don’t have a safety net if they say no. Just take the offer. If you’re not happy keep your resume fresh and keep looking.
Someone else mentioned slimes, but I’ve also had good success with the Vive ultimates. They are inside out tracked. You need good lighting, though
