I actually met up with an artist who specializes on anime/video games with color. We still have to talk more about it but that's not for another couple of weeks

What about the other part?

Money isn't a problem and I found a artist willing to talk details. His work is crazy good

Yea we haven't talked full details yet I have half a month to think about it

I did remove a lot from the original image I found it from... I guess less is more?
