Canadas real estate market is absolutely insane:
- foreign money laundering flooded the market and drove up prices (the federal government allows this to happen)
- the Federal government flooded the country with millions of people without having any plan to house them
- Canadians with extra cash saw that investing in housing had the best ROI so they bought up properties too
- Building requires tons of permits, red tape, etc.
- Entire generations of Canadians were discouraged from working in the trades which led to a skilled labour shortage
- Covid totally wrecked the supply chain for a while
The result is a gigantic housing bubble

Anyone else surprised the IAF hasn't phased out the MI 26 and opted for more chinooks?
Ultimo_Ninja
This is a common occurrence, sadly. I am not surprised at all.

Try to remove the rust first then spray is my guess

Krown spraying your vehicle every year is a good idea. Then you don't have to deal with a mess like this. Good luck removing all of that rust. Its going to take a long time.

The amount of resources required would be huge. This would require a massive paramilitary force to hunt down and deport the illegal aliens. Then add planes, fuel, etc. I would gladly support this initiative.

When it comes to procurement, the Indian army has been quite the mess. Whether its infantry, artillery, armored, air defense you might notice the following:
An inability to make decisions on new equipment in a timely and realistic manner (a total lack of urgency and decisiveness)
What follows in emergency procurements, failed tenders, allegations of corruption, and a whole lot of time and money wasted
Lack of standardization= a salad bowl of platforms for a single capability requirement
The army ends up being under equipped with multiple platforms when all it needed was one platform in large numbers.

It might be time accept Russian terms and end the war.
When prices goup so high something called "demand destruction" occurs.
