I see you've written out what you've tried but have you tried the Aveeno Oatmeal Bath (Collodial Oatmeal)? I've soaked just last night and it is soothing for sure. Also heard hot compresses are good with a wet towel put in the microwave for 30 mins.

Also you can make a paste with the collodial oatmeal and rub it on the bites, leaving it one for 15-20 mins for a similar effect.
