Thanks for the offer. It was, but I traded it a while ago. I’m sorry it’s not reflected to hear in this thread.

ValleyVintage

Is the Push 3 the standalone?

ValleyVintage

Ok. Here is one for u/LTP_BOT. I had an amazing trade with u/sb_haberdasher . Traded my MXR Chorus for their Dyna Comp. Highly recommend.

ValleyVintage

Dyna arrived and is perfect, I'll confirm! Thanks!

I had Volante, El Cap, Deco (twice), and have a Flint. The flint sounds good in a band setting, so it’s on the board. I really liked the others, but also felt they felt strange and light in the mix. So, Flint has stayed….

ValleyVintage

Fantastic. So glad it found a board to land on. It was really cool on bass tracks!

Turns out I have to fly out of town tomorrow, but I’ll get the Dynacomp on Tuesday when I return. I’ll be sure to confirm asap.
Have a good weekend

ValleyVintage

Thank you. Your posts just get better and better.....

ValleyVintage

I’ll DM to coordinate

ValleyVintage

That sound great. I’m good on flanges right now, but I would trade you for a Dyna comp

ValleyVintage

Tc Shaker mini @RC1?

Something special about this pedal is the little button on the upper left that allows a high cut, so if you’re using it with Bass, it falls right in the pocket. I’ve enjoyed it for home recording where I can record guitars and bass with different levels in different EQ on it. I like that it’s a simple button that is tuned well for this purpose.

It’s a regular barrel, but I use this cable so I can double the power and get 18v.

ValleyVintage

It works great, I use an adapter to power it with my power distribution. I can take a photo tomorrow if that’s ok.

ValleyVintage

Thanks for reaching out. Yes I do.

As I’m getting ready to have live performance capabilities, this would be a very helpful app to have. Thanks for bringing it up. I’ll watch to see if anyone has any information to share.

ValleyVintage

A little late but I’d like to resurrect this. I’ve done the same. I’ve uploaded the Manuel for live and also for push three standalone. I found it very helpful. Does anybody have any other ideas of content to upload and train a model on that can be useful? I found having ChatGPT open next to me and being able to ask quick questions as I’m working on the push three has been extremely helpful.

It’s especially helpful if you’re looking for a particular sound, for example, I was trying to re-create a classic precision Bass sound and I just couldn’t get it right until I asked the model for some parameters. It was extremely helpful and the unresolved had me add a few devices in a certain order which resulted in an extremely close sound.

Just seeing if anyone else has more, they can contribute to this particular topic.

Thank you!

ValleyVintage

Thanks for the response

ValleyVintage

Who Knows.

ValleyVintage

So, when do you responders start to work on a beat for these song? Do you save that step for last? Thanks for your answers.

I’ve had a bunch of good tube amps in my life, but now only have a Fillmore 25 combo in the band rehearsal space and a Fillmore 50 head/cab for home practice. They continue to inspire me when I play. Great amps. You won’t regret it. Get a used one if you can from Reverb or Sweetwater used gear page.

I’ve developed a process. I will usually play first thing in the morning and come up with an idea. I’ll record it if it’s interesting. I’ll record on the first pass before the idea is fully realized. Then I will keep playing it and I’ll do multiple recordings one after the other sometimes I’ll end up with 3 or 4. I usually record a verse and then I might record a bridge or a course idea a few times as well. Once I have a full idea, I try and record all of the parts in one tank and then I delete all the recordings except for the most realized one. After that, I leave it.
I usually fly a few times a year and I use that opportunity to sit with headphones and listen through 20 or 30 ideas. I have folders in my Voice Memos, one for good ideas and one for OK. I will then move the ones I listen to in the appropriate folder. That way I have one folder that has a bunch of my good ideas in it and can go back and know that I write song from.
This process has worked for me for the past couple years.

I confess….. i’ve had the same experience with the DS two. It’s on my board and does something magical. Years ago I couldn’t appreciate it for what it was, but it’s in good company now and amazingly can be the star of the show at a times. I’m so glad I got that off my chest.

ValleyVintage

I have a MXR analog chorus to trade. Here

I had a very similar experience with the same exact looper. I feel you’re frustration and I ended up giving up on the pedal and on them. In addition, I also had a Supro flanger that was subpar and cost a premium. It ended up having an issue and it took me forever to resolve it. I ended up getting a replacement from them, but it was after a lot of email, phone calls, and heartache. I won’t purchase from them again until they get purchased by another company and get things sorted.
