ConnectOS is an EOR so the company itself will only be responsible mostly for HR purposes like salary. So the work culture and environment will also depend on the client that you are assigned to.

For my case, I report directly sa client. My manager is from AU and I do not normally interact with anyone from the PH and ConnectOS.

The problem is with HR concerns, ConnectOS is usually very slow and do not get things right at the first time.

I had a salary increase last year, and it took ConnectOS more than a month to process it. They only fixed it after my manager got mad because he found out that they were already sending invoices for the higher salary but not paying it to me.

I also recently learned that the manager has to approve your timesheet. So if the approval is delayed, that may affect the payroll. So the delayed payroll may or may not be due to ConnectOS. Again, I personally have not experienced this so I cannot discount the fact that this has happened to others.

For the timesheet, it's ConnectOS policy that you have to follow your schedule, but my manager doesn't really care and I'm allowed to work flexibly. I just clock in and out on time, and request adjustments if ever I miss it. The problem now is it seems like ConnectOS is planning to install productivity monitoring softwares.

They also recently switched to an in-house HR system, coming from using one from a reputable vendor. The new platform looks to be vibe-coded and is full of so many issues.

You cash-in to LocqPay and the pay through the app. You will enter the amount na nakalagay sa pump without the discount, then the app will show the discount and the final amount to be paid.
