I sketched something out for you that I think works a bit better. With my configuration, you don’t need the second powder room on the ground floor and guests can use the bathroom behind the kitchen. There’s also space for for a coat closet before the entrance of the bathroom/bedroom. I moved some things around a bit to create a slightly larger living area as well as I think it was disproportionate in your design. In this case, you can have a very beautiful open staircase as well. I believe the stairs should start on the other side to give the living room and more open feeling. There should be a slight rearrangement of the upper floor, but I believe it will be easy. Just just move the storage on the other side of the stair staircase.

I am confused. in the second option It seems like the sitting area is the first thing you see when you come into the room. But you are mentioning in the con list that it’s not? In any case, I like the second one but I wouldn’t consider that the real seating area. It looks like it has no windows and it’s pretty tight. I don’t think you will get much use out of it.

If you change the entryway door to the center of the wall it will be hard to have storage on the left, keep it as is. I believe that the fridge should stay as is, it will be lass visible and you can have a larger island that way.

I would start with differing only and give it some more time.

With some small tweaks I think it can improve quite a lot.

Are these Ai? The dimensions don’t make much sense. Do you also have a proposal from an actual architect? If so it would be better to upload that and ask for ideas.

It looks great, not boring at all.

The drain pipe should have a certain incline so it’s not that simple really. Also tbh I like the existing plan better. In a small house it is not such a big issue to have direct access to the kitchen from outdoors. It is still quite close. The other option makes kitchen and dining a bit crammed, it would bother me more. You can also install ceramic tiles in the living room if they is an issue.

Maybe make the entrance to the living room the same as the office one and bump the stairs a couple of steps downwards. Then you can join this under the stairs storage room with the pantry.

I would do something like this. These two bumps with x annoy me so I would try to remove the one under the stairs as well.

Stainless steel brushed. Make the counter and backsplash stainless as well. Don’t use wood looking surfaces as a backsplash. Real wood is not commonly used as a backsplash for a reason, it is not easy to maintain. And imitation wood surfaces look wrong as a result.

I have tried quite a few and the as I am cowash (the original one) is hands down the best. Aveda is a close second but the price difference doesn’t justify picking that one over the as I am.

May I suggest Fenty hair next?

I don’t really care for any of the masks, they don’t perform well enough for my 3a extra dry curls. I have tried numerous lines (my mom buys them!). Their sulfate free shampoo from the curl manifesto line is one of the few things I could use for washing when I had bleached hair ( the as I am co wash was the other) without them feeling like straw. The gelee is cute as far as I remember but nothing to write home about.

I had a 6 or 7 am flight for work, was partying all night, went straight to the airport with no sleep, somehow arrived a bit early, my gate wasn’t announced yet so I fell asleep in the general waiting area and woke up at the exact time my plane was taking off. Oh I had set a few alarms as well cause I thought this might happen but couldn’t hear them because of the airport noise.

Now that we are all gathered here, anyone knows of a dupe for Knot Today?? It is impossible to get my hands on it in Greece and I do love it !
