There was a discussion of the When of Updates that came up during the Wheel of Love Fundraiser Livestreams; It was said that it would generally be considered an Annual or Bi-Annual Event.
That means it can be expected Once or Twice a year!
It's a bit like A Holiday! @:)

On October 2nd, Neocities underwent maintenance for a few hours.
Since Neocities is the Host for The WHRP Website and That Other Place, they were also under that maintenance.
(A Web Host is where a website lives!)

Neocities is down for maintenance. That's where The Websites are hosted!

Welcome Home has been in development since as early as 2017. The current iteration was developed more recently, with the Beta Era ending sometime around 2021-2022, to become Welcome Home as it is today in 2023. The major launch that is considered by most to be The Beginning. The early site from 2021-2022 is no longer considered completely Canon. The February 2023 Update up to the 2024 March Update is considered The Prologue.

The Wayback Machine has most everything!
It had gotten easier to archive since the site had moved to HTML.

Back when the old version of the Welcome Home website was hosted on the same domain alongside Clown's portfolio, there were concepts for all the characters in Welcome Home. (There were also character concepts for a few other projects that were separate from Welcome Home.)
Here you are!
To the left there's a proto Howdy-like character from when he was going from funny flea to the caterpillar we know and love!
The middle one is an unnamed concept character.
And on the right right there, is Mimi Moomoo!

There is a Blue Lettera Pink Letter and aBreen Letter waiting for you to find.
WallyDarlin
Put the letters in the mailbox!
You're going to go to the mailbox and input secret words at the end of the url. You can find these words.
It seems like there was a miscommunication, because it looks like they weren't insulting you.

They think Mr. Clown is pregnant.
