Release notes of libraries are still welcome for popular enough libraries, such as libraries with [...] sufficient adoption by the wider community to justify notifying said community of a new release.
Developer Tools follow the same rules as libraries, with one extra rule tacked on: they must be relevant to Rust developers in particular.
Even the old (and outdated) subreddit rules say:
When submitting links to content that you yourself have been involved in creating, please limit yourself to one such submission per week
Doesn't seem particularly low-effort to me (I should hope rust-analyzer is sufficiently adopted by now), but please use the "report" link and involve the moderators, to prevent endless re-litigation of this in the future.

This must be the least readable Web page I've seen in the past few years.

I tend to agree with u/Psionikus on this one. The downvote button exists for a reason and the community can use it effectively. Will you downvote boring or low-effort projects in the weekly thread?
I came here to see the cool stuff people were building in Rust and to occasionally help those asking for reviews, while learning the language myself. Now you can only (or largely) post well-established projects. This is not anymore the subreddit I joined years ago. If the moderators want to police every blog post to see if it's interesting or valuable enough, good luck to them. Maybe some people asked for this, but not me.

Probably with an issue. We already have two sets of Cargo features that can be configured, and both get passed to cargo.

I spent a couple of weeks with someone working on a moderately complex Qt app trying to fix some use-after-free issues and threading bugs. The build system was also buggy and while I knew how to fix it, the guy said we didn't have time for unimportant things like these, so I was stuck watching him click Rebuild on every change, on a mechanical HDD.
I guess it all worked out in the end, but, as a long-time C++ fan, that's when I decided to get into Rust.

I haven't tested it, but looks really nice. You should document the telemetry, though.
I'm curious about your GPUI experience. Did you implement all those controls in https://github.com/buildzaku/zaku/tree/main/crates/ui/src/components?
