I do feel if you are living in an area with a large immigrant population, your guidance counselor is probably well-versed in helping navigate FASFA.

My great grandmother and her sister married a set of brothers. So in the DNA test tests, they have the same percentage of shared DNA as a sibling. Fraternal twins share the same amount of DNA as any other sibling. When a couple have multiple children, their children don’t all look alike, so it stands to reason that even though the two sets of parents are identical, their children will come out looking different.

I used all the G.I. bill money but because at some point in his life, we have been in the military, the school offered us in state. They might be able to help you find caveat like that.
