Even has the same physical build as Kane imo. Unironically could see him play like Kane if he switched to being a striker years ago.

You forgot to consider critical damage multiplier with the crit build. Depending on the mods used, in general your laetum has 4-5x critical damage multiplier, which as the name suggests multiplies all of your total damage by that number if you hit a crit.
With how abundant outside critical chance buffs are (with only avenger and nothing else, laetum has 65% cc at least), you will be consistently hitting 4-5x more damage each shot with a crit build when you also factor in the crit chance mods on the weapon.
So that 2.5x you mentioned becomes 10-12x, and potentially higher with even more critical damage. It's no wonder crit has been the best way to multiply damage in most cases for guns. However, I still personally use the non-crit build because it's easier to build and I have more mod space for other mods, such as elementals, fire rate or secondary elementalist. So the crit build has a higher ceiling but is more limiting and does not give more dps in 90% of the cases. You have to really dedicate to it (avenger, cold status, puncuture status etc.)

From our player's perspective, it wasnt a betrayal, since the task is to become the Elden Lord and restore Order (or not). However, Maliketh may have felt it as a betrayal since it's his task to defend the rune of death from anybody. We were friendly to him and did his questline by feeding him what he required from us to ultimately oppose him to take the rune away.
I personally would see that as a betrayal if I was Maliketh. Betrayal can only come from someone that is a friend, which we were to him imo.

Dude was betrayed and cursed by the only person he ever trusted, Marika. And then again betrayed by the Player...

Unfortunately only after beating Margit because the NPC that upgrades your spirits requires a quest item from Stormveil Castle.
Maybe you already met her, she is the woman that is sitting inside the Stormhill Shack a little before you get to Margit. So spirits will be +0 until you beat Margit and explore the Castle and do her little quest.
However, you can summon a helper for Margit, who is called Sorcerer Rogier. His summon prompt is right before you enter Margits arena on the right. Its a yellow sign that you need to activate before you enter the fight. He can help a lot but is very squishy.

So, if you stick to limgrave and not go to caelid, you cant get to roundtable hold unless you beat margit? Good to know. And yes, I knew that you can get to liurnia without going through stormveil, but the post is about why godrick seems to be easier than margit and my response was about that.
Whadafaag
Interesting. I couldnt trigger Melina to bring me to Roundtable hold until I beat Margit and sat down at the grace right in front of Stormveil castle. I even stepped a foot into caelid and died there several times yet Melina decided I needed to beat Margit.
Whadafaag
Also, you can only get to the Roundtable Hold after you beat Margit, thus the max upgrade you can have on your weapon is +3. On normal smithing weapons thats low, on somber weapons +3 is actually great for limgrave but how many good somber weapons are in limgrave? But once you get to Hewg, you can upgrade your weapon higher and that makes godrick fight easier than margit as well. Stormveil castle has tons of smithing stones and weapons.

I drive 200km south, and people speak italian. I drive 600km west, people speak french. I drive 500km east, people speak hungarian. I speak german.
If you were to drive 1000km in any direction in the US, you highly likely are still in the US and people speak english or spanish. Europe is a small place

When you reach Leyndell, you should have at least 40 vigor if its your first time playing. This guy is status effect immune, which means you need raw power.

That full, glassy neck pickup tone on a strat cannot be beat by the tele neck pickup. However, the bright and twangy bridge pickup on a tele is much better than the bridge pickup on the strat.
The strat also has the unique 2 and 4 pickup positions that see a lot of use which the tele doesnt have. Imo, the strat is better as an all rounder guitar while the tele is better for distorted bridge tone or country music. Strat is also more ergonomic, though nowadays you can get a tele with the same ergonomics
