I also thought they were great. Especially Kate Scott. You could tell that she really did her homework on ALL the players.

Krayzie Bone said on a podcast that he owns the masters but they're in storage on reels and he has to go through them and remaster them and switch them to digital before they can be released. To be honest, it kind of sounded like it's going to take a long while because he cares more about doing it right than he cares about the money he'd make.

WhiteCastleHo

Have you heard the Graveyard Shift album, "Still Waters"?

WhiteCastleHo

Poor guy got kicked out BYU.

WhiteCastleHo

The idea of Golden getting in a guy's face to flex on him is laughable. Even if he tried to do that, he's one of the smallest guys on the field at any given time, lol

I bought resistance bands last winter with the idea that I could use them for lower body work (I do mostly calisthenics for upper body) and I wish I had just gotten a barbell. I've wound up loading a metal shovel with cinderblocks to simulate a barbell and using it for split squats. I'll be getting a proper barbell in the next few months.

I've seen it a couple times on Reddit, but I always just assume they're 14 years old.

WhiteCastleHo

Sabonis was baby Sabonis.

WhiteCastleHo

I never understood that because I've wanted Collins in Detroit for years and I saw Isaiah Joe torch the Warriors a couple years ago so I was immediately on board with bringing him in.

WhiteCastleHo

My dad is a Yooper. That's Packer Country too.

WhiteCastleHo

Feels like we've played 2 minutes in the past 30 minutes.

WhiteCastleHo

Maybe Madlib responds.

WhiteCastleHo

I just discovered that Non Phixion album this year and it's a great one.

According to this survey, people doing the front lever have crazy weighted pullup strength. https://www.reddit.com/r/bodyweightfitness/comments/9uxewi/corelation_between_front_lever_progressions_max/

Edit: I didn't read your post carefully enough. I see that you are asking how to improve your lifts and I don't have an answer for that, but I'm leaving the link because I think it might be of interest.

I heard Bone saying that 3-6 was biting their style, and I loved Bone so I bought that 3-6 album expecting it to sound like them, and I was very disappointed, lol

WhiteCastleHo

It is.

WhiteCastleHo

Yeah, he's only leaving the Warriors because he wants either more money or more minutes than they're willing to give him, and we're a better team than they are so why would we give him either of those things?

WhiteCastleHo

He was carrying the ball like a running back, lol

WhiteCastleHo

She was on Umbrella singing "come iiin meeeee." That seems provocative IMO

WhiteCastleHo

Duren's contract is still less than what Miller is asking for, according to this reporting.

WhiteCastleHo

I would have thought that AAU would mean more time on indoor hardwood courts and less time on concrete playground/driveway courts and that would mean fewer injuries, but obviously my intuition is way off on this.

WhiteCastleHo

I mean, I don't disagree with 50 here, but I heard people say their favorite rapper was Jay-Z. I heard it when Hard Knock Life was a huge hit and I heard it around the time of Blueprint.

I don't think being somebody's favorite rapper means much. My favorite rapper was Krayzie Bone for a while and I wouldn't claim he was dominating the game or that he's the GOAT.

WhiteCastleHo

Lopez has averaged like 2 points per game in the preseason.

WhiteCastleHo

I'm always going to wonder if it was a coincidence that we started winning when he got injured.

WhiteCastleHo

Guys, this is clearly a culture-building comment of "Detroit vs. Everybody" and he'd have said the same thing verbatim if they had won the Finals last year. He's not actually wondering why nobody is like "Boy howdy, they're the odds-on favorite to win the Finals" he's just saying things to foster a mentality with his team.
