We started using WIZ and it turns to be best with options ranging from vulnerabilities, security findings and recommendations on infra level.

We have just started to incorporate the WIZ based scans in our pipelines and its proving to be quite useful for shift left approach (identification of vulnerabilities before deployment).

As per I don't have much insights due to involvement of main central team (who manage and govern our AWS accounts). Talk about perks of being in big organisation

based on the example you provided in another comment.. Gitlab already has Infra scan which can be included in your pipeline https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/user/application_security/iac_scanning/ and similar things are already present for static code analysis and dynamic ones too..
