1st are you using the WPA on the standard lid or have you got the Direct Output Adapter? If not it is much better with the DOA.

2nd consider getting the 18mm adapter for better airflow 😁

The prescription doesn't say what it is prescribed for so it isn't proof of a condition, it is proof of medication. As well as my prescription I carry a copy of my SCR with my PTSD diagnosis on which gives me protection under the Equality Act due to it being long-term and a severe impact. My prescription allows me to lawfully carry my medication. The adjustment is for use of my medication as a consequence of my condition. Does that make sense? The prescription is sort of proof but doesn't have to be accepted unless you can show that ur condition is protected by the Equality Act.

Yes ur 1st paragraph is correct but a prescription has nothing to do with the Equality Act, it is the condition that potentially triggers reasonable adjustments.

Of course you can use ur device indoors. It isn't covered by smoking and vaping legislation. It really should be referred to as a Thermal Extraction Device and not a vape imo

Not completely correct. If ur condition qualifies you under the Equality Act 2010 then reasonable adjustments have to be considered regarding medication. Medication isn't a qualifying requirement within the Act and very few conditions are automatically covered 😁 ✌️ 💚

It doesn't have to be an approved medical vaporiser because that would mean u could only use a Mighty. medic or Volcano Medic. They're the only ones with medical approval 😁

It doesn't matter about smoking and vaping rules because a DHV or TED isn't covered under those rules at all. Didn't say the building manager could do anything, but they may already be aware and if it is prescribed they would be able to confirm this and tell OP that there is nothing that can be done. Unless you have evidence that the prescription is being used in any way other than with a DHV or TED 😁

If it is being smoked even with a prescription that is still illegal. If they have a prescription and are using a dry herb vaporiser or thermal extraction device then very little u can do. Report it to your buildings management company would be my suggestion before the police. Medically prescribed has been legal since 2018 😁

For at home a ball vape like Ruby Twist Pro or WOHW. Out and about Frolic as well as a Dynavap 😁

Recreational market drives down cost due to increased competition. Easier for growers to operate where as most of what is produced in the UK is for the pharmaceutical industry to turn into Sativex etc. Getting a grow licence in the UK is extremely difficult with little government will to change currently.
