Please Duo, lose the fake prize chest clicks. They do nothing

Didn’t buy a season pass this year. It’s not worth it

I like summer. My kids don’t have school, so we can do one of my favourite things: visit the southern gulf islands and Vancouver island.

WriteOnceCutTwice

My first kid did this 😁

I have to agree with you. I wasn’t born here, and I wasn’t born in Canada either. I’ve done a reasonable amount of traveling and I didn’t find another place I’d rather be. So ignore the nay sayers. I hope you get a chance to visit soon.

As long as you’re not overdoing it (and you’re not a bot), you can ask the occasional question in this sub. What’s your first question? I’ll answer one.

I’ve worked almost exclusively for US-based companies so I don’t think it’s geographical. I worked in docs-as-code roles at software companies. They know what tech writers are and they post lots of technical requirements. I think that’s where my experience is biased.

Fun fact. In the 90 and 00s, uppercase was common.

The W3C documentation even used uppercase in its examples.

We really are spoiled to have so many routes. I mean the inside passage alone is amazing, but access to the Southern Gulf Islands is invaluable. It’s our primary holiday plan.

Could be for your domain. My experience is docs-as-code for software companies. It’s the norm for that world. Every interview loop has a technical interview.

WriteOnceCutTwice

I don’t know what industry you’re in, but this hasn’t been my experience in software. The last time I interviewed for a well-known software company they had me recite all the git (I know it’s not GitHub but that’s why I mention it here) commands from memory to go from open ticket to deployed update. They also required working knowledge of at least one programming language from their short list. If I didn’t meet those requirements I wouldn’t have been hired. My point being, I couldn’t have crammed for two days and got through.

WriteOnceCutTwice

It’s a really tough market right now so the people getting hired at software companies usually have a technical background and coding experience. That’s been the case for many years, but now even more so. It’s also commonplace to have a technical interview as part of the process. Again, this is for software companies, the requirements obviously vary by industry and role.

Oh crap! lol. Totally missed that. Sorry OP!

Document what’s happening. (What and when)
Look for another job
Give notice when you find one

If things go sideways and you’re fired (or quit), share your documentation with HR.

Since you can regularly get 40-50% off, and you can’t combine coupon codes, it’s best to save up your points for bigger discounts.

There used to be a site that would notify you if an item you chose went on daily deal. Not sure if it’s still around, but I guess an AI agent could check that too.

Romano Tours should be on the list

I feel the pain that you’re trying to reduce here. One question: I haven’t tried exactly this scenario in existing tools (eg Claude Design). How is your tool better than others? I quickly looked at the repo and you’re using Claude. I’m just curious which parts I wouldn’t get without your tool. Thx

Ed O’Neil demonstrated it on Modern Family. He’s a black belt.

Which industry are you targeting? The answers will vary a lot based on domain.

Nice try 😀

Anyone interested in the history of BJJ should read one of Drysdale’s books. It’s the most balanced viewpoint I’ve found. This is the best one:
