This is already good , you can learn more skills depend of your field, workout, have a real friends and social live, have a good contacts, master new language.... So you can my brother:)

First don't play support so you can carry. Lot of ppl play adc and jg not cause there are better then you, they just try it. You will do it now or later , so better now (is a cycle for every player) Same of them there are egoists they want just kills , your can see it in the way they flash for a assured kills. Do what you think is good , your team not necessary know what they do. Change the category of your champions(go with carry ones) Avoid female in games (not all of them for sure, but specialy those with kids or married status, this a trap not maturity reflect) , they will make your progress slow and they just use you to grow up in rank, they just look for attention and validation... In same way they need a man in real live (sound misogynistic but fully true)

Don't argue with ppl in game, you cannot fix and heal toxic , you are here to enjoy your time and play...

The ping (latency) it's you experience when playing on different server

Your Location: This is the most important factor. The further you are from the server's physical data center, the higher your ping will be. For instance, if you are playing from Europe (EU) but connecting to the Korea (KR) server, your ping will likely be very high (over 200{ms}), leading to a noticeable delay in your actions. Connecting to the closest server (e.g., EU for a player in France) will give you the lowest possible ping (often 20{ms} to 50{ms}).

When you use a VPN, your internet traffic has to travel an extra step let say : from your device to the VPN server, and then from the VPN server to the game server. This added detour introduces extra delay (latency) and processing, resulting in a higher ping. If you are connecting to a faraway server, using a VPN will increase ...
