If you don't want Luminary due to risk of rebalance (a pretty new thing) you should go mirror tier staple: multi-1p-Voices + Adorned stacking for a strength stacker Alberons.

Aspect beasts are already very cheap. Making it random would make the orb below 1c.

hope it wont be suddenly nerfed
Unlikely. https://poe.ninja/poe1/builds/allflame?skills=Toxic+Rain - its pretty late to the league so most builds will be moved to other skills but even if I rewind to first weeks its ~0.6%.
Also TR has great wiki article: https://www.poewiki.net/wiki/Toxic_Rain
Overall while personally I dislike some aspects of this archetype (struggles with some defences) the skill is very convenient to play (long range, large area, slows monsters, chaos damage bypasses many monster defences) and seen some players playing or starting it over many leagues. I played it once or twice too.

1) I don't think with your game time it makes sense to reroll that early (act 3 is like 1-2h of game for veterans) unless you are severly dissatisfied with the character or its playstyle
2) You can pick any classic that is recommended as a starter. Many of starter builds can be played deep into endgame, without the need to reroll.
Some examples:
- RF (basically Pohx) (great starter with huge resources but falls off in deep endgame)
- Toxic Rain (absolute classic, like 20+ seasons staple)
- Slayer Cyclone or any common Slam-type melee skill on Marauder/Duelist
- Minion something (summoners have like 10-20 internal archetypes, there are always few that are meta) (some very complex)
- Witch something something magical (plenty of spells, many fairly generic, easy to swap spells)
- Tricster/Saboteur traps/mines (again farly broad archetype, good bosser)

I would advice to pick a simpler build. If not now (Allflame ends in ~3 weeks), then in the upcoming November league. Luminary is a very new thing, still unbalanced and any minion or minion-like build has significant mechanical complexity in its optimization.
Since Allflame is close to end I recommend to learn the game as much as you can (the non-build specific things). Don't expect Luminary to stay as it is and expect to benefit a lot from obtained knowledge once new league starts.
Note that by learning, many veteran players would consider you only start playing the real game when you finish campaign (end of Act 10) and join the Atlas (main endgame mechanic). Top racers finish campaign in 3 hours. Veterans like me in few more. You have a long journey ahead and limited time before season end so I would say just finishing campaign would be a fine goal for you. Then if you can do more learn each mechanic, read wiki, watch guides etc. Next season will be THE game and you will progress order of magnitude faster.

I am playing since or before 0.11 (Anarchy + Onslaught, ~Jun 2013) but my oldest existing character is from 1.3 (period of Torment league, Dec 2014).
My first very successful build was old self-cast Discharge CI Shadow:
- Voll's Protector
- Voll's Devotion
- Divinarius
- Rathpith Globe (?) (maybe?)
- Cast Ice Spear to get Power Charges then Discharge
- Repeat if no charges back if Discharge didn't crit
This build could one-shot normal and magic packs and killed rares in just 2-3 rotations. It was insane clear speed at that time.
I actually have a list of all of my past characters and their builds.

No, out of storms.

If you die to harvest while playing RF never stand in place. Always move around monsters. Harvest is full with on-death effects.
Xeverous
Generally yes but it depends on your build and which mechanic it is. There is a lot of nuance here. My guideline would be to skip by default but do them if there is a good profit possibility and the build does a particular mechanic conveniently.
Xeverous
They are pretty much the same thing, just different difficulty and scaling.

I assume you mean https://www.poewiki.net/wiki/Devotion (the passive) not the stat found on https://www.poewiki.net/wiki/Militant_Faith.
The passive has no inherent interaction with the skill, it only increases the effect of the ground effect which the skill produces. You have to be standing on this ground effect for character UI to count it. You might want to ensure the special ground is visible, status effect is present and pause the game by e.g. opening passive tree.
You probably only checked increase in regular regen from the increased life the passive provides.

Basically run as fast through maps as possible, focusing on killing the boss as main objective. You don't have to fully clear every map, map sustain is very easy on current Atlas. Note that you will almost surely be more limited by your build power than by available content. Second thing, juice right from the start what you have available to use - don't save scarabs until T16 and 2+ stones. Use and invest immediately.
Other thing, for 4 stones, some players recommend certain order of boss completion to 1) do bosses in increasing difficulty 2) optimize logistics of obtaining boss-entry fragments. I don't remember it, search for Atlas completion guides.
Xeverous
I dont see anywhere that says increasing your own cast speed will increase HFT cast speed.
It does. Totems inherently use character offensive stats.
Xeverous
What is gauntlet?
Xeverous
You should not unless you have severly limited time to play. Leagues are much more active, it is much easier to engage with the economy (no very-low or very-high twisted prices due to legacy gear and dumps from past content) and there is significantly more players (meaning many more offers and much easier to sell).

Delving value got buffed because Fossils are now delve-exclusive drops. All fossils so even common ones that used to be 1c are more like 10c now.

If Empy's team wanted to use your token, they would give you the gear and anything you need to reach 100. Current fastest and surest way to reach 100 is 5-ways which costs ~50-100div for whole leveling process which is little compared to multiple mirrors they often spend on build gear.
Xeverous
They would easily sponsor your lvl 100 if you offered the token.

Tabula onesie?

It is and Empyrian's team recently used someone's token for another GG-Noobs-3 type of undefeatable grandmaster.

- still playing PoE
- currently no job but very good prospects, any programmer job is upper-class and many times the living cost
- bought an apartment
- not many new people, actually hard to find people willing to meet in person these days
Playing since Open Beta, I usually stop at 40/40 which is roughly 3 weeks in, to prevent burnout. Extra goal is level 100 but often by the point of 40/40 I'm already 100 + MB.
The only really designed for this level of power is deep delve and Valdo maps. But it's grind for the sake of grind.
If you want to play more, maybe try Ruthless?
