Airspeed: Below ETL (typically 10 to 15 knots airspeed, or near zero).

Descent Rate: Greater than 300 feet per minute (fpm).

Power Applied: At least 20% to 100% engine power. (If power is completely off, the helicopter enters a safe autorotation instead).
