This was their best album (I've listened since year one, and still a fan).

Hey there. I sold REO for 6 years back in the day.
Utilities: this was very normal in 2008-2012, the property is winterized and they won't de-winterize it until inspection. Any agent who has been around for a bit will advise their clients that this is normal.
You wont get 20% off for 75-90 days on market.
Nothing wrong with going in low, and resubmitting. The agent might put in the notes on the 2nd offer that this buyer already put in a lowball and might be an unserious buyer, but might not.
Price drops are usually 30 days apart, so if you put in a lower offer right at day 89 or 90, you'd have a decent chance of getting something done.

Yes, throwing away a book is the ONLY way to get rid of it. Amazing lol.
Why keep a book if you have no plans to re-read it, or lend it out in the future, etc? If you disagree with it so much, why would you let it take up space in your life?

GOTTEM! And he KEPT them, which is even more hilarious.

Notice how he didn’t answer the question.
It just boiled down to “because it’s cool”
So, a useless cool stunt. Neat. That doesn’t solve anyone’s problems
