Probably automod.
You'll see some of the most hateful shit and it'll have like one report maybe two.
If something has 3-5 reports it's probably worth taking down until a mod sees it.
YourResidentFeral
Nah man fuck that.
Banning bigots is what fuels me in the morning. I do it over a cup of coffee.
It's always funny when a spicy post shows up in queue and instead of locking things down you leave it as a honeypot.
The bigots can't help themselves. Literally. Every year at pride I think there's a massacre of like a couple hundred getting bonked in a couple days.
YourResidentFeral
Does not function like that in stealth I tested.
You just move at the max cat speed + the stealth slow.
It might speed you up a tiny bit while stealthed but it would be pretty limited use.
YourResidentFeral
Depends on what you mean by always.
Classic was like this and so were a handful of other races depending on what you played.
Eg: gnome rogues didn't get any DPS from being a gnome and it was all utility. The 5% int was useless.
Dwarfs only got power from their racials if they were Hunters basically.
Taurens didn't have any conditions on their power but traded that for it not being linked to damage and it being general.
Now they're just back to OG classic, have all their racial power in their planesrunning passive basically, and everyone else has a cantrip + raw power somewhere.
YourResidentFeral
Iirc they said they aren't touching things after launch. Having your choice rug pulled feels bad is the reasoning.
Vs say signing onto something knowing it's behind.
YourResidentFeral
Parsing doesn't matter if you're progging but if you're trying to rank then PI will always be helpful.
Put the attitude aside for prog, but if you're having smooth reclears it's nice to play nice and spread the love a little.
YourResidentFeral
Tbh depending on the guild it can also be a joke.
General good rule is: prog you want to be PIing the people who will help kill the boss. Reclears it's fine to spread the love to give people the chance to parse.
I play feral and it's never been a great PI target numerically. But if I tell my priest that I'm trying to close out some high parses on reclear I'll get it for the night most tiers because tbh you're not gonna be able to compete otherwise.

Yeah man your mama is easily used as living fuel for the spell. Blood magic man.
YourResidentFeral
It's second hand knowledge from the comments. If it works cross region then perfect.
YourResidentFeral
Iirc it's basically a military ration type of thing. You use your mana to convert ambient mana into something edible.
Casting it at scale isn't really feasible especially since it seems to disappear after some time if someone isn't currently actively engaging with it. So you can't exactly ship it.
YourResidentFeral
Kinda. It's something that I have to flag on a post by post basis.
It's useful for big things that I'm pinning but when I'm having conversations under those pins flagging it can get tedious so I forget sometines.
YourResidentFeral
OP has provided proof that they made this themselves.
YourResidentFeral
Tbf, I didn't do much beyond hit 30 on a single toon and mess around a little on other toons since everything was gonna get wiped anyway.
It was why I could never get on the OG classic train. It was always gonna be a wipe and redo cycle and never been my vibe of game. Same reason never really got into Diablo seasons.
YourResidentFeral
We are looking at pinning a comment to every post right now reminding people to report
YourResidentFeral
What exactly did they do?
YourResidentFeral
All mine are given away already.

despite saying it's moderated aggressively, I lose track of how many times I see people attacking other people for their play style, opinion.....etc retail/clasic andy, casuals, hardcore dumping on each other for how they play....some of the same conversations this community has been having since 2004. I see it enough I honestly figured, same old WoW, and haven't bothered reporting it.
Every single report is reviewed by someone human within 12 hours. That's the standard we try and keep here. Remember that we are volunteers with lives and day jobs but that doesn't mean we don't action things.
The problem is that there's no great automated way to do this short of feeding EVERY comment through a sentiment analysis LLM which is an expensive endeavor.
So we rely entirely on user reports since people often get creative with this stuff. We've added some of the "andy" and common ones to automod.
I see it enough I honestly figured, same old WoW, and haven't bothered reporting it.
So when you and everyone else takes this attitude as the expectation, more stuff gets by and it kinda turns into a self-fulfilling prophecy. When you report it, it gets actioned. As long as you're not reporting somoene to try and win an argument and because they're actually being toxic/breaking the rules.
There's a line to toe between enforced positivity, letting people vent, and removing toxicity. But we try our best to remove what is actually reported.
