Are you talking about ductless mini splits? I installed a 4 zone this summer cause I was sick if window ACs. It greatly reduced my electric bill. I haven't tried using them to heat the house yet.

Personally, I'd stay away from a good portion of the west side and the east side. If your kids are into sports like soccer, then I'd have them join south sports. The east and the north end just suck at managing their rec league fall soccer. To the point they cant compete at even a rec level because all the good players go to south or their league doesnt even show up to games. Was at one where north played south and the north were getting beat badly and the coach just took his team in the middle of a game and left. For schooling, I'd honestly recommend trying to join a charter school, depending on their age, Millfalls or Founders, both are in manchester

I find it crazy that theyre assessing property values equal to or higher than what they would actually sell for. Multiple houses in my neighborhood have sold for 430k or less and some are much bigger than mine but mine is now assessed at 435k
