I do wonder if Tywin saw the future if he would do anything different
Yourneverhere
I mean Obryn technically killed him so as long as they’re as good which plenty people were then it’d be in my mind a Draw
Yourneverhere
This is true
Yourneverhere
God, imagine him talking normal, that'd be chilling to hear, finally, death brings his brain back to him yet all he can do is reminese
Yourneverhere
Rarely did I feel bad for the pigs, this time I did, fucking gross

Vader: sincerely depends on you, I think killing the emperor then dying shortly after was probably the best way he could’ve used his “hardware” for his suit at that time.
Zuko: Yes, he really fucked up not taking Kattara first offer but him going back and realizing that that life wasn’t for him was NEEDED.
Jimmy: Yes he literally confesses to everything, like Vader it’s up to the viewer but the fact he didn’t incriminate Kim was HUGE and so was admitting to being a huge part of Walter’s plan.
Snape: In the book, no, in the movies, yes, I’ll elaborate more if someone asks me what I mean lol.
Endeavor: he’s atoned not redeemed himself, I’d say he’s as close as he can be, but again, up to the viewer.
Barbosa: I think so, Pirates were born and taught to betray and scheme, he helps Jack save the world, works the navy, then gets his daughter married and sacrifices himself, not a bad rep sheet.
Q: I’d say, he’s very different than when we see him the first time in Picard.
Arthur and John: depends on how you play them, but let’s pretend you do good honor, I think Arthur’s actions before the game probably don’t help him, but the fact John was hated by his own gang, worked as a lackey, was kicked out, saved by Arthur, led his family to safety, his family leaves, and then he gets them back only to take down Micah for John, echoing the first games theme of The Cycle of Revenge
Daniel: I’d say no, even if you do pick the good ending he can’t even fully admit it, good person, but bad internal Judge.

What’re your thoughts on the new Mad King Play?
Yourneverhere
1st: “My fault Arya, we didn’t know you were playing out here, have a good night.”
2: “Mother Sansa is good and all but that Tyrell Girl
Might prove a better alliance, seeing as Father and Ned are friends”
3: “Father, Mother and Uncle are together an awful lot huh? By the way could me Tomen and Mycella go on vacation to the Lanister Rock just to visit grandpa?” (I’m lying, we’re visiting Kevan)
4: “oh turns out I am of incest? I denounce all claims in return for my life, follow suit Tomen and Luella” (I do it all behind Kevan and Tywin who probably have the 7 kingdoms at their doorstep as soon as the secret is found out, my best bet is to play on Roberts good side and agree with him, I will try not to go to the wall, but if that’s left to me, then I guess I’ll take it.)
5: either make do with The Nights Watch, or Relax in Lanisport with Kevan as the new ruler, With Tywin arrested and Kevan not really knowing the intricacies of Tywins plans, I could 100% see people putting Kevan in charger, he’s a lanister, he’s calmer and less strict, but he’s no pushover, I lay in, mourn Cersei and Jaime who are 100% dead or in prison
(I picked not letting Bobby B die since while I don’t think he’s a good king, me, as a child king isn’t gonna work either if Cersei’s Jaime, and Tyrion are sneaking about, I know Bobby had people sneaking about, but Varys doesn’t have much to do with this as Ned’s not involved and would probably not interfere, And while I could imagine Littlefinger abandoning ship to Esos. This at least gives Bobby a chance to figure out what’s going on, after that I just gotta hope me as joffery caused less headaches for people, and More people than Ned go “it ain’t the boys fault, he didn’t ask to be born Robert”)

Mine, and hear me out, is Kareem and McManus’s talk before the SWAT team comes in in season one. To me this is where McMahon stops growing as a character, and this is really the last time we see him give a shit about the prison, I love the later seasons, but McManus really feels like he doesn’t give a shit, and that is probably the biggest problem I give season two onwards, but for a brief moment at the end of season one, it does seem like he wants to change, he wants to be on the prisoner side, he wants to give them a chance a chance no one else will give them, but he knows that if he lets this riot go on then there won’t be a chance to do that ever again, he knows what’s gonna happen later on in this one scene, and in season two they completely forget about it, it’s really sad because McManus is the “ womanizer” of the show, but I think his Attica background gives him some unique insight into being who he is, literally his whole life revolves around prisons, and I really think they could’ve done something interesting with that, maybe he gets corrupted by a prisoner in one season, maybe he tries to go full Muslim and another. But no, we get “can I take you out to a restaurant?” guy
Yourneverhere
I don’t think he was looking to kill himself, but I also don’t think he was trying to stop anyone who was going to kill him, I honestly wish they went into that a bit more, it would be interesting for Kareem to talk to a ghost at a BC and maybe he reveals that he was already feeling suicidal ideation or something like that
Yourneverhere
They did, if they made in thing canon and not another there would be even more discourse than there is now
Yourneverhere
New Canon was bound to not use the EU, It was a mess. I shall defend myself in the comments

He was bad but Vic was waaaaaaay worse, I think the point of the show is to show how worse they made each other, he screwed Kavanaugh wife without flinching about it, which then led to Kavanaugh Sexual Assaulting Korin, and planting evidence, the only thing that stopped Kavanaugh was Kavanaugh, he was morally superior but at the end of the day, a guy like Vic brought him right to his level
Yourneverhere
Yes, by Season 1 ending if She left and never came back I would understand
Yourneverhere
Antwon I would probably be ok around, stay out of his business, NEVER call a noise complaint, and be friendly whenever I can or just fuck off, I think I would move states if Armadillo was anywhere near me, that tattoo scene still haunts me to this day

- Tone down the 🍇, but don’t get rid of it, I think narratively in this show, it honestly woke me up to the reality of being in prison, but you can’t have an Adebesi scene anymore, many actors won’t do it and audiences in today’s climate just won’t react to seeing it, but implied scenes of doors closing or cameras panning out, work just as well, but who knows though, Netflix seems to keep making shows with full on 🍇 scenes so who knows.
- Do not Pedro Pascal this: Get new and THEATRE/STAGE Actors, the reason I say this is Oz was different in the fact that it brought not only TV actors but Stage actors who brought not only the series to life with their characters, but made the prison feel alive with secrets, ghosts, and a history. But let’s get the new gen up in the cast, no names, commercial actors, or hell, real life gangsters like they LITERALLY did in Oz (one of em was a Hells angels at the very least)
Cyril
wouldn’t be in there without Ryan)
Last but not least, if we are making this new, make the characters new, you’re never going to copy Augustus or Schillinger, or by god, Adebesi, these characters are played by Incredible actors who you cannot copy, it would be unwise to do so, make it new, and if that means playing on the actors strength then do that.
All that is to say, you can’t copy OG, it’d be dumb and stupid to try, and an Oz legacy sequel is DEAD in the water, so trying a new cast with the same/revitalized characters may actually breathe new life into the show.

They need variety, I think a Republican antagonist or pulling the trigger on other races coming into the mix, or bringing threat from the unknown region, but SOMETHING needs to happen, or, and I hate to throw this idea out, end the damn thing.
At least give it some air, SWTOR has always stood out to me as “caring” about your character depending on the story, and maybe we need one more to end things, then time to say goodbye to story content. I just don’t want it to be tainted
Yourneverhere
This also pops up every single time, again if anyone has any advice, I would love a step-by-step walk-through of what to do here, because for the first time I do not know what to do
Yourneverhere
Rob would be the most Righteous, I don’t think he would succumb to it, though I do think he would get very close, especially if we’re talking about book Rob, who is very young, that being said with Catalan at his side, he’d push through
Stannis would maybe try and wear the ring voluntarily, I’m not even gonna lie, he is not afraid of blood magic, and the consequences it will bring, I don’t think the ring would bother him that much, especially if it said to bring power.
Renly, it really depends on what day, I could see early on him, maybe fight off the ring enough to not wear it, but later on he was too cocky and eager to fight his own brother, instead of making peace, I do think that he succumbs.
Joffrey: Instant Golem
Balon Greyjoy: it’s interesting, but I think he would put up more of a fight than people think, I weirdly think he would see the ring as some sort of scapegoat and cowards tool, even though his family might be into that sort of thing, but I also think that if he even had it around him, he would eventually at least consider wearing it, though I think he would shock a lot of people with his willpower and determination, as the guy is an asshole, but not a pushover
Yourneverhere
I like him being a random mugger, my fav iteration is Arkham Shadow, where he genuinely feels bad for what he did and tries to help “Matches” turn a new leaf.
