I’m sorry you’re going through a rough time. I hope you’ve found a licensed mental health professional who can help you through this.
Zaphod2319
My friend, you’re doing your best. And I’m happy to hear you’re slowly doing better.
And I’m sorry the last two months were rough. Honestly, This year has been insane. I hope it calms down soon
Zaphod2319
I get what you mean. I’ve had moments where I felt lonely myself.
In times like these, I usually look for a club or social group focused on a hobby I like. Usually I’ll look for a Facebook group in my area. They’re great ways to make friends
Zaphod2319
I’m sure it’s tough friend. This year hasn’t been kind to us so far.
I’m glad you’re still here though. And I’m glad you haven’t give up. Hope it gets easier for you soon. Best wishes!
Zaphod2319
I can’t imagine the kind of struggle you’re going through. Just know that you are still worthy of love.
I’m autistic myself, so I can understand how nerve wracking college might be. It’s a big environment with big classes and you might feel like you’re on your own.
In my case, the way I got through college was connecting to my campus’ mental health services and finding professionals and even therapy groups that help those with autism. I even made a couple of friends from those groups.
I hope this helps and I hope it gets better for you. Wishing you all the best friend!

That’s amazing! I’m happy to hear you’re overcoming alcoholism!
And im glad to hear you recognize your self limiting beliefs. Next step will be to recognize why you believe them and how you can prove them wrong! Best wishes!

I like your positive attitude friend. It’ll take you a long way. Also congrats on the internship!
Still though, I’m sure it’s tough having to manage all that, especially with the health news. Hopefully those tests and appointments will give you some clear answers. And I may your professors be merciful to you. Sometimes I think they work students too hard
Zaphod2319
I hear ya friend. I hear ya. This year’s been really tough. I hope things get better for you soon.
Zaphod2319
Thanks for sharing friend. First of all, good job purging social media accounts. You’re better off without them. Honestly, you’re doing the right things. You’re going outside. You’re exercising. You’re visiting clubs. It’s just gonna take time. And if you need extra help, a good mental health professional will help you.
Honestly, in my experience, sometimes friends find you.
So take heart, and don’t give up. And I’m also happy to hear you’ve gotten your associates degrees.
Zaphod2319
That’s good to hear
Zaphod2319
I second this.
Zaphod2319
Hey friend. I’m sorry you’ve been going through all this. It sounds really tough.
I hope with this diagnosis you’ve found a good therapist who can guide you through it. Still, I’m sure it’s difficult to process.
If I could hug you, I would. But I can only give a digital hug. 🤗 hope it helps
Zaphod2319
I hear ya. May tomorrow be kinder for you
Zaphod2319
Yeah, I get that. Life’s been tough a bit. And I’ve been dealing with similar things. It’s why I’m in therapy.
Just know that it can get better for you. It’ll be hard and there’ll be a lot of work you’ll have to do, but it can get better. Wishing you all the best man!
Also you got a nice hair style man!
Zaphod2319
I’ve been there friend. I’ve been there. And it can be really tough to get through it. My biggest advice is to see a therapist or some other mental health professional. It makes a huge difference.
I’m happy to say I got better though. So you can get better and things can turn out better. It’ll be really hard and you’ll have to put a lot of work in, but it can get better
Zaphod2319
I think your ears look fine. There’s no need to do any surgery.
And yeah, life’s tough lately. Sometimes I wonder if the Universe will let us catch a break for just one day. Hopefully tomorrow is kinder for the both of us.
As for turning 30, there’s no shame in getting older. I’m sure you’ve become a lot more mature and a lot wiser after all these years.
Plus, as long as you’re in good health, you’ve still got some years left in you. Make the most of it!
Zaphod2319
I hear you friend. I hear you. Just know that being single does not make you any less worthy.
Zaphod2319
Don’t feel bad. It took me six years to graduate college instead of four. Everyone graduates at their own time. Honestly I wish I took a gap year. I feel like I could’ve sorted a lot of things out if I did
Zaphod2319
Their loss imo.
One of the greatest lessons I’ve learned in life is how to be happy single. Now, I’m not saying you should stop looking for a relationship. You should still look. But don’t measure your worth by how successful your romantic life is.
I’ve seen what that does to people and I don’t want that happening to you
Zaphod2319
I’m in the same boat friend. I’ve had no experience with romantic relationships and Im in my mid 20s. In my case, I’ve learned to be happy with just myself. And I’ve learned to find the joy and benefits in being single.
That doesn’t mean you should give up or stop looking. You should still keep looking. Just don’t assume that you won’t be happy unless you find a relationship. I’ve seen what that does to people
Zaphod2319
WOOOOOOHOOOOOOO!!!!!! I’m so happy for you.
Zaphod2319
Me too friend. Me too. It’s something I’m trying to work on. It gets easier, sure, but it’s so hard to overcome.
Hope tomorrow is kinder to you. I think I speak for everyone when I say “we deserve just one good day!”
Zaphod2319
Thanks friend. I needed that. Hope tomorrow’s better for the both of us
Zaphod2319
Hey friend. I get what you mean about trouble finding a job. The job market’s been tough for the last few years. I hope an opportunity comes up soon, and I hope it’s what you were looking for.
Just know that you are loved, you are wanted, and you are worthy of that. Don’t let anyone make you feel otherwise.
The good news is you can restart your life. In fact, people restart their lives all the time, especially when moving to a new place.
