I think they had a place when botting was so bad but the deflation has been absolutely astronomical this year. A death today costs far more than a death did in January even though the actual amounts haven't changed.

I doubt it. Deaths before P3 make the final phase super long. Took me so many attempts to get a clear because soloing the boss from 25% gives you such a huge amount of time to fuck up and wipe

Speak to Environmental Health at the council. They have the power to suspend rent.

Could be worth posting a concise write up of the vaccines/medical appointments to /r/LegalAdviceUK
I’m not sure of the law but there may be some breach of duty of care if private entities with medical licenses continued to administer and charge for unnecessary procedures.

This thread really shows how standards have fallen. One should only wear black tie in a public house, and white tie in a restaurant. Your valet should be well informed on the matter. The fact that you have had to ridicule yourself in a public forum speaks to his poor manner and I suggest you dismiss him posthaste.

We don’t keep the oil or gas, it is sold to the highest bidder on the international market.

Our energy prices are dictated by fossil fuel prices, it has little to nothing to do with the price of renewables or who owns them

Depends on definitions. Monthly groceries on credit card are technically debt until paid but I don’t think it’s abnormal or cause for concern.

Carrying anything for the express purpose of violence is an offence. Something being “legal” to own doesn’t give you a defense if you’re arrested for carrying or using an offensive weapon.

Kids these days clearly never listened to the Beastie Boys. You’ve always had to fight for your right to party.
When I was 16-18 we were drinking in parks or at whichever friend didn’t have parents home.
Nothing has significantly changed in this regard that would impact predrinking.
Working and living in proximity to the uni the observation is that UK students start drinking later and finish earlier, loads of students don’t drink at all.
Going to gigs I see that young people don’t dance or engage, they are mostly recording experiences on their phones.
The party culture, at least in the UK, has massively eroded

With Master/GM CA's and full ancients with tbow you can farm plenty of KC for Nex duos in no time at all. No reason to take Rondache when the bank is right there.

Estate agents are pushing for landlords to advertise 12 months in advance, however legislation makes it so anything signed beyond 6 months in advance isn’t binding. Legislation is currently untested in court hence the difference in “opinion”
Pragmatically, look as soon as you can reasonably commit but be aware that more properties will come available six months in advance of next student year start.
Agents love to pressure students into signing things that aren’t legally enforceable. Challenge where it makes sense but be aware that you can’t sign anything that supersedes the law.

People say this and pretend that if Jagex decided to delete their progress after playing OSRS for 25 years, a quarter century, that they’d be completely cool with it
Are your bills included?
£500 is a good budget, I'm living well and budget around £200 for groceries.
If you need to include bills you can add roughly £80 a month for gas/electric, £20-30 for internet and similar for water.
You'll also need to add your phone contract (Lebara often have cheap sim-only deals)
That leaves you about £150-180 a month for one-offs like haircuts, as well as night outs, treats and the rest.
It's worth drafting a budget based on your current outgoings to get an idea of what your average costs are for treats and subscriptions.
