It's because some game stores have posted them early even though Riot has not fully announced them yet. https://www.miniaturemarket.com/Riftbound-TCG-Legacy-Champion-Deck-Ashe-Preorder/UVSRB06AD01-D1

I'm also from the South bay. Sent a DM to you.

My thoughts weren't necessarily towards the amount of space available, but more so will TFT side events give the same prize wall tickets as Riftbound side events. That in addition to what will be available to redeem for those tickets. Also, based on previous RQs, I'd imagine they will try to cut down on the amount of prize wall tickets for ODEs and try to kill collective pods for them. Outside of winning large side events, that was the most efficient way of farming tickets. generating 1.5 tickets per person per ODE, or 12 tickets total, at least for RQ LA.

Since TFT will also be present in the venue and have side events, it is not clear on if the prize wall tickets will work the same as previous RQs.

I believe TrickJarett mentioned that Secret Garden will not be at the Convergence Fest. https://x.com/TrickJarrett/status/2098520312157782311

Why don't you try using skin splash art from League and uploading the art to https://riftcardmaker.net/ for the card templating?

Would recommend trying out the Moondrop Chu II or III as really good budget in ear monitors (IEMs). They have a removable cable, so you can replace it with another one if it starts deteriorating. Chu II DSP is the model with USB C built into the cable.

Badge is required to get into the event. So no, there isn’t any side events available for anyone that doesn’t have a badge.

No, neither shuriken flip nor her legend ability will exhaust her. She should stay ready assuming she is ready beforehand.

It isn't necessarily a standalone application since it runs like a local server on your computer, but Immich is the closest Google Photos alternative. It doesn't require any connectivity to any outside server though. https://immich.app/

Could just use the website without the overlay.

Anker or UGreen GaN chargers.

Pure routing, no. It is able to do a full 10 gigabit connection. It is only limited for internet connection at 3.5 Gbps if you have IPS/IDS on.

ZhunCn

Why not just reuse the UDM-SE and use the SFP+ port? I have the original UDM Pro and do the same.

My speedtest on Sonic 10 gig Fiber, although this is without IPS/IDS: https://www.speedtest.net/result/19639388263

If you want to just filter out noise and have a recent Nvidia GPU, then try Nvidia Broadcast. For additional effects and filters with more finer control, try Elgato Wave Link or Voicemeeter.  You can combine both of Nvidia Broadcast + one of the latter software as well.  https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/broadcasting/broadcast-app/

I don't think they have any official information about it yet, but I would assume that you would be able to be refunded the attendee ticket. I purchased just to fully confirm a spot regardless if I get a competitor pass or not.

pro: it's cheaper

con: it's chinese

Pretty much it.

I don't think you understand technical debt and the pains with staying with legacy code just because "it works fine". Migrating to a fresh and new engine is rarely taken due to how much it costs for not much initial gain, but is often necessary for the future. The best benefit out of this is the ability to have larger patches outside of league's patch cadence, which was the biggest previous complaint.

The decision to migrate actually shows that they care about the health and longevity of the game, but releasing it early without matching feature parity of the original engine is what is heavily criticized. They are essentially treating live servers as beta testing, which is giving them a lot of helpful data to work off of and accelerate development, but at the detriment of the game's current reputation.

If ResNet policies haven't changed since I last worked there back in 2019, using the WiFi function of a third party router is not allowed due to creating radio interference with the rest of the dorm. However, they don't usually scan for "rogue routers" unless there are reports of WiFi issues in the area. So up to you if you want to take the risk.

You can buy a router purely for the ethernet ports as long as you turn off the wireless radios. Do keep in mind that a standard ethernet switch will not work by itself as each port is assigned a static IP address and does not have DHCP to auto assign each device an individual IP address. Therefore, you will require a router if you want to expand your ethernet ports.
