The point is that eating the loss was fine as I assumed (not unreasonably) that I would be able to use this item for the remainder of my runescape career. How often is the ability to use a weapon taken away from an account 18+ months after the weapon is introduced? I dont care about the money, I care about the principal of spending money on essentially nothing now, if that makes sense

im 80 attack, first of all (make it 80 jagflex). Second, i would have been fine with higher tier weapons were they released at that level. I dont think its fair to allow the use of the weapon for 18 months and then to take it away.

Retroactively changing attack requirements for the scythe etc. is ridiculous. People like me have owned and used the scythe since July 2018, eating a 2.5b+ loss on the item and using the item in a variety of end-game content, daily, for the last 18 months. And now theyre going to make it so we can no longer use them? Fix the reqs BEFORE you release the items, not 18+ months later.

There is nothing wrong with releasing new content in tiers above 75, but now they will be locking certain account builds out of endgame content, while others with the same builds have finished those grinds using the scythe, rapier etc.

You find people like this in all aspects of the game (pvm, skilling, pvp), people are just toxic sometimes. Either way this reads like an /r/thatHappened

Why would you only put one competitive LMS world and only in the UK? Someone at jagex has to know ping is important for PvP...put competitive worlds in each type of server?
