Thanks man, when I say no character I just mean how everyone in my genre has burnt it out, I’ll definitely keep looking out for some good basses

And that’s just 5 underground groups, imagine how many groups I know being in the scene with one😵‍💫the bass is awesome and I have nothing against it, I just don’t like that it’s attained the holy grail status in my genre, like what if I wanna play an Ibanez, or Spector, or spend 3.5k on a dingwall :( we have an Allen heath mixer I’m SURE we can mix those basses nicely

5 BBNE2’s just makes me laugh, and I know some of those guys personally, I always tell them like, “get some character in your style man them BBNE2’s are taking over”

Yeah dude it’s super fun to play bass, I have a very moving heavy style where I’ll play on the low end then high end, use some chords, some passing notes and such. Just crazy that everyone wants a damn BBNE2 LOL
