This guy doesn't know much about the 3D design process. Normally you start with digital scultping with models of millions of polygons, next you extract maps with the details (bump maps, normal maps, displacement maps, etc.), and then you make a retopology to make the model digitally functional (videogames, movies, etc) with just some hundred of polygons. Personally, I think if IA made that 3D model, it is awesome, and another incredible milestone from IA

Not necesarly, depending of the involved in the war, the chips would be a strategic component, just like fuel or aluminum back then, and that would be a very big problem with small countries that doesn't have the capabilities of produce its own chips, and I would say, most of the countries in the world doesn't have this capability, a chip is not something you could produce in a house with a small press....
