I'm not climbing up though. I'm fine with my job and there's nothing wrong with that. Where did I say they hired me back? I never left. Been with HEB a while and have been through many policy changes.

Don't listen to all the haters that are about to come here saying HEB is horrible. All the lazy and entitled partners use this subreddit to vent.

Overall HEB is a great place to work and the benefits are good (especially with the Partner Stock Plan where you get shares of the company). It really depends on the store leaders and managers in your store. Sometimes they can make or break the experience for you.

It's not actually going to happen. All these people like to talk about it on Reddit like it's some pie in the sky fantasy and the answer to all life's problems but no one has yet to actually do anything. It's just virtue signaling.
