Well ok the guy was deeply hated and many a lot of enemies.
Like it or not he made sense - had logic - mostly truthful.
Don't agree? Sure. But I did have a kind of respect for him.
He was brave and it is very sad.

God damn it sucks to be us in 2025.

Assuming high caliber (.556 AR) and decent distance = experienced shooter. And in a public event with a lot of crowd around?
I am guessing like a paid hit. If the guy was just a hater he could easily enough target his supporters there?

I started with this tutorial https://www.udemy.com/course/java-the-complete-java-developer-course/

I then created a GUI app with an embedded db, jdbc mostly googling what I need to do.

This project I added on github and got me hired and then learnt Spring Boot etc.

It is a slow process to be honest

Height 1.84, weight 94kg, bf around 20%
Working out 4-5 times per week and LISS (sometimes zone 2 or a lot of walking throughout the day)
I am cutting at around 2600-2700kcal per day (was 101.3 on January 1st)

QUESTION
I changed my program to a 3-day split (tri-delts, bic-back, chest-legs) to focus more on tri-delts and biceps.
Was 2-days chest-triceps, back-biceps, rest, delts-quads, hamstrings+a little bit of bic/tric

My chest day was 3 sets total:
-incline smith machine press 2 straight sets to failure
-machine flies 1 set to failure

Now since I changed plans I hit chest on day 3 (first exercise of the workout) with 3 straight sets to failure.
Intensity: reps usually go to 8, 6, 5 and rest between 2-2:30 minutes - I try to make small and steady progress or stay in the same numbers (cause I am cutting).
After this I tried going to as usual the Machine flies and could not rep even once 80% of the usual weight.
Feeling chest exhausted and could not push - pump was medium (to high-ish).

I've seen people discuss you only need press movement and it is generally ok-ish to not to Flies.
What do I do?

Reduce the sets to 2?
2. Reduce intensity to RIR2-3?
3. Eat more?
4. Leave as is - as well as I am progressing?

P.S:
Just for the gloat I did a dexa scan on 98.5kg and was at 23.4% BF
Re-did the dexa 4 weeks later (I went for other tests and couldnt resist).
94kg 20.5% BF, lost 0.3kg of Lean Mass and 3+ kg of fat.
