Im ambivalent on them.

In bone hunters it feels like they have 0 direction. Phaed is the entire story of nimander who otherwise is very whiney and self deprecive

In TTH he's far more refined. Phaed basically ceases to exist, until near the end. However they consistently state how super good killers they are but are all also very represed. They do fine in their fight in bastion. But again nothing that really makes them stand out from other characters or groups.

When nimander helps the builder it just felt like he was being shown to use his brain because 'it's what annomander would do' it felt kinda forced.

Finally I dont understand why nimander was chosen over everyone else we have previously met, at the end of the book. Literally no one has met him. And his claim to fame is hanging out with annomanders brother, and fighting a god. Nothing really stands out from them, to lead a people.

I appreciate their story. But dont really care for them as characters.

Hounds are 45 points a pop, space them out to they are at max range between each individual model. Then you have a 9 inch circle surrounding them. Which is a nice bit of space covered.

Darkstrider is 60 points. He can cover 12 inches circle around him. And can spot if you are able to position him well enough.

With hammerheads in the back line covering firing lanes they will also help.

Also remember you dont need the 9 inches to cover the entire back of your deployment. You can leave gaps. As long as the enemy can't fit a unit inside that gap. Or are forced to deploy on the wrong side of a building.

I was very impressed how positive they were throughout the video. While there are some units that have slightly odd rules that drop down their usefulness.

I believe there has been a update on synapse, i updated this evening and am unable to get my Naga X, or my Tartarus V2, to appear to map them. they still work as devises.

You have lots of information about not living with babys, and I agree with that.

However your question asks what to do regarding the apartnet specifically.

You could attempt to speak to the landlord/company. As you said you have a family history of living in the apartment. They may agree to continue having you as a tenant and not continue with current roommate on the new lease.

Ultimately they are under no obligation to side with anyone and this may be an unfortunate situation where one of you has to move.

Early on i think lower mana is far more beneficial than parry. It may flip later in the game when intellect is more available in your gear. And the enemy's hit harder so the parry can prevent more damage.
