The first few seasons didn't from what I've heard in interviews, but after the show found its footing they all renegotiated for a decent pay increase I believe. Spiner has a pretty good story about his on his podcast with Frankes.

The desktop OS team was leaderless for a long time. It wasn't until, 6 months ago I think, that someone was finally brought in to steer the ship. Guess MS finally realized they had other products than Azure.

it shows up in the web client, but not the desktop client for us. I enabled it for both for a few groups of users that are supposed to be testing it, but so far no go even after multiple full shut downs of the app and restarts.

That the MS SOP. They flip this stuff on for everyone because they got sick and tired of admins not turning it on for users after they released it.

We're having this argument with some devs right now. They think that it works like their personal accounts and it's just "free". They just want all their apps to run through an AI. The token usage estimates would put us at a $200k or more a month bill. And thats not including other peoples stuff. So far most of the management seems to be on our side thankfully.

At one point and time, they did yes. Then, the high jacking of the party started in the 80's and that all got replaced with dumb shit like 'own'n the libs'.

Well I mean, she's cut a lot of the dead weight. They had a lot of people in house (studios especially) that weren't doing anything. They hadn't released a game in YEARS. The biggest complaint against MS for the past 5 or 6 years has been they have all these IP's why the hell aren't they releasing more games?

We were using PMPC, but migrated to Robopack, I think it has more flexibility in the deployments.

I got stuck at the Notre Dame Exit a few weeks ago. Wouldn't read my pass, nothing on the screen other than something about scanning my ticket (and yes I was in the ez pass lane). I had couldn't get ahold of anyone. Nobody was answering the door at the building, the button wouldn't work I guess. Finally after 15 minutes a message popped up saying I had to pay 10 bucks. I scanned my card and it let me through.

When I got home, I checked my account, the transponder had no record of me ever getting on the toll road, so I assume thats what was causing the issue? Either way, there was plenty of cash in there. Was just f***ing annoying as hell.

They paid off the red states to pass laws letting them override the ER doctors and decide what is and isn't ER worthy. I found this out the hard way a few years ago. Started digging into it and found out it was almost all red states that passed these laws.

Yup, was just talking to a coworker yesterday and he was complaining about all of these things. Then followed up with "I'm just voting straight ticket in the election. I know I probably shouldn't, but I don't have the patentice, so I just go in and press R and leave."

It should be able to do this, you just have to be very specific in what you are asking for, how you want it laid out.

I'm just about to that point. Well a lot of us are. The level of dumb shit that is coming out of this guys mouth since he started is mind blowing. Dude is literally forming a shadow IT department with employees that watched some youtube videos because "they share his vision." Only, he can't tell any of us what that vision is supposed to be...
