It seems r/war does not like to post on the current state of the art (neuro) warfare. Who would have guessed that? Perhaps people of r/UkrainianConflict would like to know about all the advantages they can leverage. I wonder if we could create world awareness of DIY-able DEW... Additional option, been harassed enough by DEW to a point where I'm gladly making DEW security a world security issue (as one should).
Already lead cross-domain multidisciplinary technology development collaborations involving a multi-trillion us dollar organization [that's why I included the track record :) ]
Time to remove the stigma by backing what thousands of people are claiming with good science & engineering. I'm currently not looking to recruit anybody for this, have better tech to develop. The USDOW was already formally notified through DARPA (and other world nations as well yet informally, other formal communications are WiP).
tl;dr: MOD, would you like to be in the liberal side empowering peoples mind calling world agencies to take action based on informed decisions or in the side of oscurantism leading to DEW injustices and concentration of power?
