People say he lives in Grandview, which is one of the best neighborhoods in the whole city. It's also definitely an hour from Mount Vernon. I'm not defending Arsenal on the Partey situation, but it's effectively different than Greenwood because Greenwood's name was out in the press, photos of the victim post-attack were made public, and an actual recording of an assault was also made public. That's harder to ignore than "unnamed Premier League player in his 30s under investigation for rape"
