Tbh there is a well documented phenomenon we use called isometrics and tendon loading using massive weights. Lots of strength atheletes and tbh any explosive power sport athelete like sprinting, throwing, jumping etc use this

Try this guy on for size. BTW, this guy chased our male cats away and forcefully adopted himself. During initial days when he fought them, we threw water at him, miscellaneous soft objects to chase him away and he didn't give a crap until he had chased the other males away (didn't chase the female cats away). Then I was like, eh a cat's a cat and adopted him for a while until he went away of his own accord and our other cats came back. (We just feed and adopt whatever strays come to us instead of adopting permanently)
