Hey guys I've done nsuns strength straining program for about 12 weeks as an intermediate lifter. I would like to move more to focus on body building and aesthetics rather than strength and I don't know where to look. Is there a program like nsuns that organizes everything for you and gives you what weight to do along with progress analytics? Thanks

Both uf and tally can be as fun or as boring as you make it. Focus more on finding your people first that have the same ideals and aspirations as you do rather than chasing the image. People saying the website sucked and whatever was not a personal attack on you as a human being, it was people simply saying the website sucked, could easily be abused, and they showed it. This isn't your first or your last big idea, but don't conflate your own worth as a person with one of your failures.
