It’s no different than the bears game week 1 last year. Jj has shown his positives and what he can do, he’s just not consistent. What happened every game after week 1? How did Jj start the giants game his first drive. You can’t rely on a QB to win playoff games when they’re so hot and cold and make the dumbest throws at time you question. Jj is a fine backup, but he’s not a starter in this league. His ceiling is like a Mac jones. If your starter goes down you’re not entirely screwed but not feeling like “we can still win it all”

He won’t play a single game lol. I bet he doesn’t even suit up. He didn’t make the giants team and they have worse wr’s than us

This would give irelia +2 (1 for readying 1 for choosing) so basically its discipline for 1 instead of 2 for irelia

For me personally it’s just fine. I’ve read only 1 and 2 but not really motivated to continue. Ive laughed out loud a few times but just seems like it would be really fun for someone who doesn’t play video games as it’s all brand new for them. But for me personally it just felt like I was reading someone’s twitch stream written out lol

Oh for sure! But when you look at swu competitive decklists I’d say 90% of decks are running 3 copies which just seems like a broken card in my opinion

SWU was my second main TCG. But people stopped buying product and it sit on the shelf to the point boxes were 50% off and not selling so it kinda died. A lot of people thought the game was going to die around us.

I left right after the rotation and started looking recently but it seems if you want to be competitive you need to drop $45*3 for chimaeras or whatever the new big blue villinaeu card is. Any deck that can fit them plays them

I think from all the deathknell triggers when elder comes out you don’t mind your stuff dying

Thank you for your response! Any idea on why no one plays barbell? Feel like having the opponent discard 2 cards seems pretty good but unsure if in the meta there’s a lot of ways around it. Figured with the 2 drop that a card can’t be banished by abilities it could be a good combo but I’m brand new so

Yeah i saw that, just felt like every other card you have to discard for the effect so what was the difference? Looking at every competitive list it doesn’t have it either so I guess it’s bad lol, but it saved my butt a lot! I’m super new though so my opinion is basically invalid haha!!

Was also curious about barbell thoughts? Feel like a 5 cost 10k is pretty solid and if your opponent gets rid of him they discard 2 cards. Is it just there’s a lot of ways to get around the discard effect? Not a single list runs him haha

Curious on why no rocks pirate stage? Feel like if you don’t you almost always take damage from the leader attack on turn 2 unless you have an event. Is it just too slow?
