All those builds are versatile. "Fun" is subjective, the poster can look at the options and decide.

Last I checked (months ago), only 1 of Hyp's 1-bar builds used Oakensoul. There are better mythics for 1-bar

All but 1 of Hyperioxes' 1-bar DPS builds are 120K or above (1 of them is 109K). Best is 186K. You can do any content with 1 bar build https://hyperioxes.com/eso/dps

The 1-bar solo builds parse much lower, trading damage for survivability. However, if you don't demand to do ALL content solo (i.e.--Maelstrom Arena, Vateshran Hollows, Veteran Shipwright's Regret, Veteran Hard Mode Castle Thorn, Veteran Hard Mode March of Sacrifices, Veteran Black Gem Foundry, etc), you can make a build in between the extremes, that is suitable for all group content, yet can still solo a lot of content /u/ButterscotchNovel910 /u/theonewhoislostt

It can also be good to start with 1 bar builds, then modify it to 2 bars later, as you get comfortable

It sort of is...the U.S. pays Musk for "Starshield", a program separate from Starlink, but using the same satellites, and run by SpaceX. And the gov't decides how it's used. This Starshield limit is 100% the responsibility of the gov't. Whether Musk is in favor or not. The gov't tells him to limit it, and can tell him to free it up
