Shout out for my MSSP FutureSafe who are excellent... a good group to discuss Security options for my MSP as well as providing me with security support and licensing options that work for me... I thoroughly recommend them!!

andyIMC

I have a customer reporting this happening and regardless of the option being turned off or on, it's always enabled.

I see the last comment (presently) on this thread suggests disabling the whole policy as an option but that's a lot of work because of what they say in their comment....

Obviously (and this is where I am speaking directly to Microsoft) it would be nice if there was a better option to disable the "feature" individually on the default policy

andyIMC

Yes Firefox with container plugin - that’s absolutely the easiest way

Your company admin has access to your team chats but NOT anything you might have marked private…. Private chats are not accessible

Use Mover.io - free tool for moving OneDrive and Sharepoint content - works well

Thanks - I have several credits left on my audible account, so I'll go grab that book and listen (carefully) :-)

andyIMC

Firstly, I like your nametag - very amusing

Secondly, the argument of asking for something free and thus we can't afford it which means we are not at the point of needing a logo is somewhat circular, so I'm afraid I can't argue against that.

Thirdly, the idea of this organization comes from a good, community place (at least from my own standpoint) and I believe asking for community members to participate in an open competition where someone wins a prize and is credited with designing the organization logo, is not egregious in any manner... but that's just what I (and the marketing committee) think

Fourthly, I appreciate your comments

andyIMC

I appreciate your comment and I agree it's a little confusing. Point taken for future reference. Thanks!

andyIMC

Actually, I do agree with this one - I do think are are way to may letters in the acronym :-)

I have difficulty myself with saying it quickly 3 times... I will take this comment and make sure it's heard by the organizers - thanks!!

andyIMC

Would you be interested in participating in our marketing committee as we need help (obviously) - I would be happy to hear what you have to say whether you are a NSITSP member or not, especially as you have been in the industry for 30 years (as have I)

andyIMC

That's not what will happen and not our intention

andyIMC

That was my failure in posting without checking - thanks for letting me know - I will correct

andyIMC

On the marketing committee, one of our first thoughts was to hire a design team but we also thought it would be a nice idea to leverage the members to provide a logo. The idea of our organization is to promote effort from within and thus we went in this direction.

I have been using Atera for almost a year and IMHO it's great value for what I pay.... I have two technicians, so I have pay about $3K (with tax) and they have everything I want from an RMM/PSA...I manage about 100 endpoints through Atera and they are stronger on the RMM side but that's fine by me as I run QB online and charge fixed monthly per-user rates to my clients, so I don't do break-fix and don't have to manage hourly support time on a per-client basis.

I did look at Synchro a year ago and compared side-by-side, they are pretty similar but at that time I had a much better response from Atera and they continue to impress me by always being available for support and generally listening to what I have to say.

16' - you're saying it's a wash between 1 and 2TB?

Robin Robins Technology Marketing Toolkit is what I use - I find it very effective
