Sephiroth "thinks" he knows everything but the actual is.. he didn't. He devoured all those false fact of Prof. Gast's Jenova Project reports. He believe he's part of the Ancients Cetra but actually.. he's Hojo and Lucrecia's son which was just.. a normal human. That boy went insane after consuming false after false information and that what makes me sympathize on him. If SE put time alternative shit on the remake, I want to destroy Shinra mansion basement and burn all those books and reports and bomb the Nibelheim reactor before the Nibelheim incident so Sephy my lovely granny haired boy could stay sane and normal lol.

I only talked about lines that Sephiroth said in ch 2 that refers to Zack's. It's just Sephiroth's way to mess Cloud's mind that mixed with Zack's.

It was Zack's line when he got ambushed by the Shinra troops. Zack also got Jenova's cell injected so Sephiroth can travel through memories and mind of people that has Jenova's cell including Cloud. Sephiroth wants Cloud to remember Cloud's existence that he live because someone (Zack) sacrificing his life for him.

"Run away Cloud.." wasn't that Zack's line from Crisis Core? I haven't replayed that game for a long time but I think Zack said that in CC.

Sephiroth stabbed Cloud in Nibelheim then he throw Sephiroth to the mako reactor. Cloud was badly injured there. He passed out. He could be just dead if Hojo didn't find him.

Cloud was dead if Hojo didn't found him and placed him in the mako tube. He was badly injured by Sephiroth. Tifa was also badly injured and Zangan saved her.

Yeah. I've theorized within myself that mostly Sephiroth that others saw was a black-cloaked man with numbers and only appears as Sephiroth exclusive to Cloud since in the party, Cloud was the only one who got injected with Jenova's cell. Meanwhile at the end of highway, I think Sephiroth gained a bit power after took Jenova's part and was able to show himself rather than a black-cloaked man to others. But I think he still "borrows" those people's body since Sephiroth's real body was still crystalized on Northern Crater.

I replaying the hard mode atm and try to platinum it. I want part 2 so bad to see if my assumption about those alternate timeline bullshit disappear and people won't overthink these theories anymore.

LOL I can't see Nojima will overhaul with alternate timeline and shit because it will re-work a lot of plot and as I said before, overhauling an existing popular iconic game will risking the company state. And Hironobu Sakaguchi is still alive and as far as I remember, the Aerith's death (and any other deaths like Zack, Dyne etc.,etc.) was somehow relate to his passed mother so to change those concept on the remake will disrespect Sakaguchi as the original producer and the original brain that gives direction to Nojima to write the FF7. I can't see that happening. An alternate DLC of Crisis Core's sequel within the Remake? Probably, but I don't think it will implemented into the main core of the story. The work is too much.

Cloud wouldn't had his sword if he didn't die. Either in the original or in CC, both Cloud took his sword after he died. There's no alternative universe/timeline or else it will be Zack that doing the bombing mission with Avalanche rather than Cloud. And that will overhaul the entire FF7 main story and that will fuck hard the original like it was somekind of non exist or something.

Nope. I can't see that. I just see Nomura overhype the scene as a fanservice to the fans (especially Zack's and CC's fans). You know Nomura right? And he is the director here. But don't worry, as long as Nojima and Kitase still there, Nomura won't get his "freedom" like he had in KH series (regarding the story).

Silly. It's just a scene where Zack carries unconscious Cloud to Midgar but in my opinion, he will get ambushed again by the Shinra troops and then he will die. Then Cloud could have his Buster Sword. It's just a different direction of a scene on a storyboard so Zack could have that scene where he was like passing through Aerith to even more dramatize his death.

Or probably a free DLC for part 2 only for those who already own the physical and digital copies? That will also encourage other who hasn't buy the part 1 to purchase it right away. That's just my assumption tho.

Sephiroth was able to enter the Lifestream and corrupt it thanks to Cloud. Aerith died and she became one with the Lifestream. There she was able to purify Sephiroth's contagious presence thanks to her bloodline as an Ancient.

The point is she has to die, that's FF7's major plot point. She has to enter the Lifestream through death. Bugenhagen clearly explain that. The living things will return to the Planet as a Lifestream. But Sephiroth was in the state of not die nor live. He was crystalized on Northern Crater but his consciousness travels through the Lifestreams and the Lifestreams send their warning to Aerith about Sephiroth (and Jenova). Kitase and Nojima can't fuck that out seriously. It will be a major story overhaul if they want to change it. Meanwhile Biggs, Jessie and Wedge life and death wasn't that impactful in the original, so they can change it without hurting the major plot.
