I was getting close to that. My thyroid medication was dosed way too high and my hair is so thin and fragile now. Finally got it figured out (I had lost a lot of weight over the past two years and my doctor hadn’t been adjusting the dose). It’s so thin right now ow though that I’m considering buying a wig to wear just to give it a break. 😩

I see he’s got that Tinder pose down.
Cats definitely seem to have a different personality every 20 minutes..

Very beautiful and looks healthy. Trims are important though because split ends can cause their own kind of damage.

Aww.. Poor fella. His weight sounds like it’s not a major issue. I find it creeps up on you quickly when they are gaining, so glad you’re keeping an eye on it. I’m me of my boys was eating the others food and I wish I’d caught it sooner. A year old and one of my boys is already on a diet. 😩 Taking the out back to run I think is really helping though. They play together a lot inside, but they will occasionally run like dogs across and around the back yard and it’s so good for them both.

I am not a Kara fan, but have to say I don’t see any issues with her speaking Spanish with the staff. I see where some might have an issue with it thinking maybe she’s being ‘for show’. I can see where she’d appreciate being able to speak fluent Spanish with others though. It’s also a sign of respect when you are in a foreign country to speak to people in their native language. Staff or not. I do not speak fluent Spanish at all, but I really try to communicate in the native language when I’m able to whenever I am abroad.

I’d very much love to know where this is. I live in the Midwest. If you’d be willing to share, of course.

OMFG! Nobody gives a crap what their neighbors are handing out! Why would I feel pressure because you have chosen to hand out full sized candy bars? If that’s what you choose to do, do you. As for me and my house, we ain’t giving out any candy bars. These kids getting tootsie rolls over here. TF? Let these kids live their best life and enjoy the surprise of getting a full sized candy bar here and there. Ugh!!
Honestly, I’d probably hand some out just out of spite.. 🥴
