Mostly the price. In a lot of places there are rules on the kinds of fences you can use (most places dont allow chainlink on residential), so you have to pay for vinyl or cedar. No other wood really works because of termites (something that isn't as mush an issue in the uk)

Chains can go bad too.

It's a regular loaf bread with added calcium and a few vitamins. You either love it or hate it. I usally get it because it does not mold as fast as some other brands. Does that mean it is better? No. But i dont eat enough bread for it to matter

5-6 years ago that was good advice, but now? VERY few dealers, and even private sellers, are selling for anything NEAR a good deal. If a used car is only $2-3k from the price of new, it is better to get new with the warranty. I am looking for a car now, and it is hard to find anything close to worth buying used over new (mostly looking at corolla, civic, camry, and accord). The used market is shot.

The RIGHT thing to do is wait a year until prices go down, but people who need a car to get to work cant wait a year.
