Btw if u want to talk feel free to dm me maybe friends in real life are not worthy of trust but it's alway good to have a friend you don't know on social media. Personally that helped me and i still talk to people i don't even know how they look but they are just nice individuals.

Believe me man i had the same issue in high school, but when i cut off all those friends at uni i started making friends from the gym the mosque and most importantly i cut off all female friends from social media and real life because a friend who is a slave of desires ESPECIALLY to mowen won't hesitate to take advantage of you cuz he is not worthy of trust. And for the purpose of friends i have only one thing to say: قال تعالى :" الأخلاء يومئذ بعضهم لبعض عدو إلا المتقون".

You are not choosing your friends from the right place , And you are not fulfilling or basically you have no idea about the purpose of friendship.

Directly to the point you should acknowledge that you are out of shap and a change is mandatory, also accepte that others opinion don't matter for now and they won't even remember how you looked before. The point is have internal peace so you can progress on your own rate.

Fir the record i am a person who lost 50+ pounds in 6 moths ik how people look and treat you differently based on your looks.

Actually I am a fluent French and English speaker (C1 in both ), and i refuse to speak french in many cases and i prefer arabic.So it's not a matter if how good you are, it's a matter of principle and personality as a free Algerian individual.
